secret underground town/city in cornwall UK

Has anybody ever heard of a secret underground town in cornwall ???
I have been told that there is something down there incase of nuke war etc....
would make sense i guess as it seems to be granit upon granit down there....
would love any info on this subject if anyone knows about it...

been looking but do not have alot of time at the mo, so if anyone does have any info on secret city's underground etc in the UK, I would appricate that alot.

There is a Composite Signals Organisation (GCHQ) station at Lower Sharpnose Point near Bude. Officially its a 'Wireless Station'. Not officially a 'base' as such but worth mentioning.

There used to be an underground "Post Office Radio Station" under a mock farmhouse just outside of St Just.



The antennae are still there so it's probably still in operation.
