$1000 Per Day Fine And 30 Days In Jail For Refusing The Swine Flu Vaccine In Massachusetts?

A new law just passed in Massachusetts imposes fines of up to $1000 per day and up to a 30 day jail sentence for not obeying authorities during a public health emergency. So if you are instructed to take the swine flu vaccine in Massachusetts and you refuse, you could be facing fines that will bankrupt you and a prison sentence on top of that.

The YouTube video below is of a news report about this disturbing new law. In particular, pay attention at the 1:40 mark when the anchor and reporter discuss the new penalties for not obeying the health authorities during an emergency.....

If you have not realized it yet, the controversy over swine flu vaccinations is about to get very, very real. The authorities know that a lot of people are extremely concerned about the safety of the swine flu vaccine, and they are putting the infrastructure in place to deal with those dissenters.

Let us hope that the worst case scenario with the swine flu does not take place, but the reality is that health authorities across the United States are gearing up for the biggest vaccination campaign in the nation's history. It looks like this fall could be very, very interesting.

I couldn't find a thread on this and if there is one feel free to correct me as there are billions of threads on the swine flu.
Also I might not have embedded the youtube video properly since I'm at work and can't see it, so feel free to embed it if it's not there.

I'm not saying this is happening or will, just passing the info. However, if it does start turning towards jail time and such for not taking the vaccine can you say riot, revolution and civil war? I for one will only be pushed into a corner so far before I lock and load. Hell I've already locked and loaded, just waiting for the right moment and it might present itself if someone tries to throw me in jail for not taking the vaccine...

Just this week, schools and day cares in my area (NC) are pushing ALL kids 18 and under to take this vaccine. The pressure is really on for anyone wishing to keep attending..

I haven't heard much of the consequences should parents refuse, but I can say that this has caused me to really question what the vaccines contain now.. and what they may actually do to our children.

(I refuse to have my son take it.. and even my own family members are shunning me for this decision. If they only knew.. )

What would happen if there was a united front and citizens of Massachusetts, everyone, of them said no way Jose?

Do you think they would whip the guns out and force them to take the jab at gun point?

Or do you think they would pussy out?

I'm going for the latter - so I say if you really don't want it you'd better start using your voices now and start educating people before it's too late..

While I hear you, I think you are missing the big picture.

Think about all the parents, all the citizens who WANT the vaccine. Who have been sufficiently whipped into a paranoid frenzy about H1N1. They will be lining up for it. Which will make it quite easy to paint those that dont want it as the outsiders, the criminals.

Think about the media coverage that will show lines 100's of people long WANTING the the vaccine. That will only make more want it. The people in this country are far too susceptible to propaganda.

If enough people banded together and refused, sure you could succeed. Unfortunately fighting an idea is much more difficult than fighting tangible things. And they are succeeding in putting the IDEA that the vaccine is good into people's heads.

Perhaps they might cower but it is unlikely also as the people and the authorities over them are both enslaved by the same force and machine. Hopefully some in authority will wake up but it just might be like it was in the book "Mans search for meaning" as it was with the kapos which was slaves driving slaves. Power has the ability to do that.

Yeah, things are starting to look not so swell, never did really but when threats and bills turn into laws and actions it speaks loud enough for those listening.

As a reader of ATS, an evaluation of the swine flu was made that shook me to the core.

Keep in mind that a 1% reduction in the US population, (which 4% of the world utilizes 25% of the world's oil) could reduce the world oil consumption by 10%!!! This would setback the alt-energy field, and free up oil for the BRIC counties.

Also, if developed in a deep abandoned Pittsburgh coal mine, could be easily contained with a few explosives.

Also, a major supplier of the swine flu vaccine to the US, Novartis, is HQ in the same city as the BIS (Bank of International Settlements... www.bis.org... )
