if you had enough of them orbital weapon systems in space,,you could blast other countrys into hell before they can get a shot off.
the edge in war goes to whom can strike first and strike hardest the quickest. rods of god will give usa this ability.
also the new space bomber program will give usa a fast and brutal attack capacity.
