NASA Rocket to Create Clouds Tuesday

I have to hand it to NASA, it was bright and sunny yesterday and it is freakin cloudy today!

Wasn't sunny in N. Florida yesterday. It really hasn't been sunny much all year!! This is the grayest, most overcast summer I have ever seen!!

They are calling for clouds and 50% chance of rain all week and through the weekend still. I wouldn't hope too much for that launch!

Can anyone find information on a scheduled launch called "Raphael"?

It was listed on the nasa website year before last. It is not there now, that I can find.

As best I can remember, it was a launch scheduled for sometime between 2009 and 2011.

The significance of this is that "Raphael" is supposed to signal "Judgement Day".

There is nothing in the document about HAARP.

The government, NASA, TPTB are god to about 85% of the people....so why shouldn't they play the part for these fools ???
