Hmmm... I have seen this before on numerous youtube videos...

The Discrepency between views and ratings has a rather mundane explanation... There is no conspiracy... They are updated at different times... That is all... that is why the numbers are so different...

On a similar note, just because it has been viewed by that many people does NOT mean that all of those people have taken the time to rate it... Hey on my latest video there is 766 views... And only 2 people rated it....
