two spiraling ufos over Wisconsin

I live in southern wisconsin and my family and I just witnessed two ufos over our house at 9:10pm.

What made the event even more amazing was that they started out as a spiraling shape that had a long white tail behind them. They were flying at first in a corkscrew like fashion spinning around and around with the white tail swirling around behind. Then they seemed to correct coarse (or emerge from the wormhole) and continued in a north eastern direction. I did manage to film them but i dont have the cables for my camera yet to download video.

what we witnessed was almost IDENTICAL to this video

That video is of a Soyuz stage separation.
What you saw was probably not that.

I, too, live in South (eastern) Wisconsin.

Give me an idea which direction to watch and I'll keep an eye out all night while fishing tonight.

also it was headed from Janesville WI towards the North East, I 'd say east of Madison WI. It had altitude of 20,000 feet or so and the spiral was undeniable, thats what caught my attention over all the planes that typically fly overhead. I want to know more about the rocket theory if anyone knows.

Whatever it was defiantly exited the spiral or spiral spin movement and continued on a very slow but steady flight pattern. I was equally surprised to see a second one follow it.

i did read that somewhere in the past and I am familiar with that video. What we saw was almost virtually identical in every way to that video.

my video (which likely is horrible and shaky) will be available in a week and the spiral effect was already over, however it might contain the glowing tail/contrail which followed.

so could it be some rocket seperation? if so wouldnt the rocket simply fall to the earth rather than straighten its path and continue in a wavy but straight trajectory across the horizon?

either way i've rounded up some friends (AND A TRIPOD) and i'm going out to a good vantage point tonight to skywatch

Did you compare it to the ISS/shuttle flyover times? Sometimes there's a water dump that actually sprays a few degrees across the sky.

Why are you going to a make us wait for a week to see the video.... the suspense is killing me

that is definitely one of the coolest UFO videos I have ever seen. can't wait to see your video

What you describe seems to be the opposite of the video.

In the video the rocket is flying straight, then after the separation the next stage goes out of control into a tighter and tighter spiral.

Your description does not fit this situation.

When was this footage taken, where was it taken?

Where was this supposed Soyuz stage separation taking place, and at what time?

Do you obtain any type of footage showing a similar phenomenon taking place from a similar event?

I'd like to know if what you say stands up for scrutiny, or if it's just what you assume is the most plausible,

After several minutes the object changed into a bright point which moved in cockling trajectory having left a short track. It is possible that starting a rocket from the cosmodrome Baikanur was taken for the unidentified flying object, the Department of natural resources and environment protection reported.

The starting a rocket, one of the stage of which have fallen to the territory of Tomsk, might been taken for the UFO really, the chairman of the regional Civil Defense committee Victor Lotchinkin said.

On the other version the citizens might watch a unique meteor caused by air discharge, which could take any shape, he underlined.

I agree.

The video shows white smoke from a rocket exhaust, that is undeniable.

I very well doubt any UFO from out of this world would use rocket technology similar to what humans use.

No I have never seen this before, my entire family witnessed and I called a contact in MUFON immediatly after
I have lots of paranormal videos but I have never ever seen this event before. However I am familar with the spiral video i posted prior to this event

what we saw was very siiliar to that video as well just not as pronounced with the tail.. it either had a higher altitude or less contrail. It was also followed by a second white ball just like the video showed. Russian rocket over WI? Its possible if from space right?

it was two objects and one expelled glowing white particles behind it and begain in a corkscrew fashion, then corrected its path, it finally winked out as if turning off all lights. It absolutely looked like "a brilliant star"

I like dispelling UFO reports as much as i like crediting them

would be just as interesting to me that i saw a water dump from the space shuttle!

It barely cleared off in time but the space shuttle Discovery, followed by the International Space Station (ISS), crossed the southern sky a minute apart last night under partly cloudy conditions here in Duluth. Something about the shuttle looked peculiar. Normally it's a solitary, moving light but this time it sported a misty appendage that looked a lot like a comet tail (sketch below). At first I thought the craft was causing the clouds below it to glow but the "tail" had a distinct shape that never varied along the entire path.

A quick e-mail to a satellite expert confirmed my suspicion. The little curved tail was a waste water dump executed by pilot Kevin Ford. Ford vented accumulated water waste from the fuel cells and other processed water used in the shuttle into the vacuum of space where it instantly formed a cloud of ice crystals. Sunlight striking the cloud made it glow more than 200 miles overhead. The fuel cells combine hydrogen and oxygen to provide electrical power to the shuttle and produce water as a byproduct. It has to be dumped once in a while to keep the cells functioning properly.

Did anyone else this see the little cloud? I've watched many dozens of shuttle passes but this was my first water dump. Just to be sure I wasn't imagining it, I compared the shuttle to the space station a minute later -- the station was brilliant point sans tail. hiii_98 are you still going to upload the video when you get your cables? Even if it's a water dump it might be interesting to see what that looks like, as i've never seen one.
