Well, I will sort it out if Administration of ATS contacts me, and asks, I will speak with them.

If they close it down due to the nature of the document, that's their choice.

I have posted many things on here far worse than this document, as far as the Government is concerned.

I know far more than most ATS'ers as far as what's really going on in the world.

Thank you though for clarifying your "alert" at least.

Yes, in my opinion it is an authentic but slightly abbreviated english translation of the original version.

To stay within the TOS allow me to point you to a news article about it a year after it was posted in the al-Battar magazine, instead of the original document. So that you know the news is discussing the same document, notice details like the mention of Daniel Pearl and Shamil Basayev in both the scribd and news document.

Judging by the other posts from that Scribd poster, I would hazard a guess that it was a professional translation done for academic purposes, rather than to spread the philosophy.

Yes, these docs are studied by academia. For a good example, google Thomas Heggehammer, or CTC at West Point.
