So are you stating he should not have been prosecuted?
He should have been let off free, with the murder of 2 innocent children and two innocent adults?
It beggars believe that you would defend such a disgusting crime. How would have you reacted if this happened to any of your daughters?
And howmany innocent men woman and children were killed by Coalition forces during the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq?
Hmms thinks someone should look at the facts of what this so called hero of a soldier and his counterparts participated in.

Hmms why was he not given the death penalty, or castration. I guess his life is more important to the US Government, than that of the 14 year old Iraqi girl, whom he raped and murdered! Not only that he also murdered the girls mother, father and other sister.

You don't seem to care about all the innocent girls raped and tortured by Uday, and all the people he tortured.
The difference being that when it was discovered what these bad U.S. soldiers did, they were are arrested, tried, and are now going to spend the rest of their lives in prison.
Whereas Uday was allowed to continue to rape and torture at will, like some demon span set loose on Earth.
Are you morally unable to see the difference?
