I've been ready for a while now.

I just wish everything would collapse already before I become complacent again.

Not wishing for it actually but if it's gonna happen, let's get it on.

My biggest fear is that a war will break out to cover everything over and make people forget about how screwed the economy is.

If anyone is going to die for this, let it be those who created the mess, not those that are innocent.

I wonder if people fear a powerful China because of social conditioning. I suppose the last 100 years has thoroughly convinced many people that Europe is a separate continent from Asia and Europeans are in no way related to the rest of Asia; thus a powerful Asia is not in your best concern and that Europe is the center of the Universe. So, if Europe and the West don't control the world everything will suck.

For most of History China was foremost among the world powers, since the collapse of the Imperial Qing just 98 years ago did China stumble a bit...China's reemergence was inevitable. Without a powerful China would Europe have even emerged from the dark ages?

The end occured over 3 years ago...many have been spared from what it is that they fear. For the ones of you who's fear is justified...quit upsetting the others!
