JCVI are also exploring whether to get a 'guardian of the state' for all
unvaccinated children and sue their parents to FORCE them to vaccinate

Just because there is nothing in place at the moment, doesn't mean that there won't be in the future. There are other countries that have made vaccinations mandatory for children so it isn't an impossible proposal. I can't seem to find the link that confirms this but I'll have a look when I get to work and edit it in.

It's fantastic if this is something that'll never happen, that's what all the protesters want but either way, it doesn't hurt to do a peaceful protest for a few hours, just to reinforce that the British people would never accept mandatory vaccinations.

There have been recent calls to make MMR compulsory and if they start with one then there's nothing stopping them making all vaccines compulsory.

The recent response from the public and health workers has been brilliant!! The government will get the message that the public don't trust them and are not keen on being forced to have swine flu.

This protest is about the JCVI and not many people know about their powers. There is no compulsory vaccinations at present but we are trying to inform everyone that the JCVI can at anytime decide to make vaccines mandatory and bring in new vaccines that aren't properly tested. There's a conflict of interest as many on the board of the JCVI have declared interests in pharmaceutical company.

Can you trust them to make an unbiased decision about the health of your child...

That's the first article I've read that mentions a compulsory vaccine possibility by the media. Going to be an interesting lead up to Xmas to see if it does actually come into effect.Even more reason to go to the protest!

Jo the organiser has emailed a lot of national newspapers but excluded The Times,The Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday and the Guardian because they are too pro vaccine funded by pharma etc.

This is the clarification on the 'right' to vaccination under the
constitution of the NHS:



'...The JCVI (Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation) was pleased
that recommendations from the committee would have the force of law behind
it. The committee asked for clarification on the constitution including what
exactly 'right' meant with respect to the right of a child to receive a
vaccine when their parents were opposed to vaccination and how the
constitution affected the recommendations of JCVI with respect to legal

The State now has the right to sue you to conform with a national
immunisation programme. That's right, you no longer have the right to
decide what is best for your kids. YOUR GOVERNMENT LOVES YOU.



If you watch the 60 minute thing above, i think it is pretty clear why that
is alarming - the vaccine is a toxic mash of mercury, aluminium and other
heinous #. Not to mention that the Joint Committee on Vaccination and
Immunisation draws it's members exclusively from big pharma - the very
companies that benefit from a national programme of mandatory immunisation.
If you want to throw in to the mix a (speculated future) requirement to
prove you have been vaccinated to gain access to public spaces, shops, or
your kids to school...perhaps by a microchip implanted in your arm that
broadcasts your current health status (patent not even pending, PATENT FACT

4. NHS CONSTITUTION

The constitution contains a new right to vaccination:
