I just discovered a small lump the size of a BB which is about half way up my shin, on the front right where the tibia is nearest the skin. It is hard
and moves smoothly around under the skin if you touch it, but always goes back to the same spot as if it's anchored there by some tissue.
It could be a lipoma, but apparently they are more common in areas with more body fat. It could also be a sebaceous cyst, but they are usually found
in the upper part of the body according to Wikipedia.
When I go to the doc next should I get him to cut it out? If it is a cyst, apparently they can get infected some time down the road, and it might be
better just to get it out.
