idea for remote viewing

would it be possible for information to record information. information can be altered between destinations, so would it be possible to sort of send across a blank canvass, alowing information to be gathered en route. if so, it could be used to gather info from inpenetrable loations. not quite remote viewing, but provided the same outcome.
