If the Federation is one of the main proponents of the non-interference law then I expect them to respond to my demands.

I understand the dynamics involved and why I am expected to defend myself and my family to the best of my abilities,WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS WHY THE FEDERATION IS NOT PROVIDING IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE AND DISCLOSURE TO PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHO ARE COMPLETELY AWARE OF WHAT IS GOING ON AND MAKE A FORMAL REQUEST.

You cannot interfere with something that has already been done and I am already aware of the things that happened and are happening ,therefore the non-interference rule does not apply to an instance of the Federation coming to the aid of a human who is aware of their existance and is an ally of the federation,as I am via my first contact.

I do not accept the excuse that helping me would "actually be" interfering with things here on earth.

The Federation may sit by and observe any action they choose including mankinds self-destruction as a species,UNTIL ONE SINGLE HUMAN BEING"WHO IS AWARE OF THE FEDERATIONS EXISTANCE REQUESTS HELP".Then tey are obligated to respond.

I do not vote,therefore I do not recognise an earthly government,so earthly rules dont apply to me meaning that my governments stance on Federation laws,rules,or any agreements they make MEAN NOTHING TO ME,that leaves the Zetas and the Federation,last time I checked I hadnt voted to fall within the spectrum of the Zetas reality,I guess that just leaves the Federation,and I gave my vote to them the day they allowed me to learn and remember my event,I have a right to be heard and responded to and I am enacting this right through this request.

The war we are in is galactic and humanity and the forces I was with were referred to as WE. Do you have a drivers license? How about plates on your car? Do you pay taxes? If you have/do the above, then yes, you do recognize and subject yourself to a governments rule.

I'm inclined to say; no, Enochian isn't my native tounge, but, it seems remarkably simular. Its kind of like Dee, Kelly, Mathers, Laycock and the others only got a very small part of the language, and somehow missed the important yet small stuff. You are aware that the Federation is rather big on protocol, right?

So, I would ask; who would YOU have them talk to?

Its not like we can give these technologies to just anybody on the street. They wouldn't know what to do with it, and, the government would take it anyway. So, going to many governmental bodies and offering the same technologies is the only way to get a fair distribution of the technologies. Besides, its not like we are giving this to just one government...we are giving it to ALL governments (with some degree of control via the United Nations).

I haven't been abducted, but I totally, absolutely agree with respect to asking for help from the Federation, if it even really exists.

We have been lied to from before birth - and it's impossible for me to understand how our sincere pleas for help from these thousands of years of tyranny go unheard.

How is it considered intervention when they're invited to join us and help? All these other excuses (to me) are just that - excuses - and my personal feeling/belief is people have been praying for years for help and so far nada - I don't see any point holding out hope for help now based on history :-(

I have had lifelong contact with Federation and apparently with Andross at least recently, I don't really understand because I do get confused. But they're not abducting, the ones in blue. They are from the pleiadies system, if human looking then Lyraean, though there are also, suprisingly altair also in blue at times. The groups that are cooperating with zetan greys, kidnapping are probably renegades. Because there are constant battles going on, between the good guys and the greys/annanukis. By lifelong contact, I mean that I have some memories, not alot. And some of the job of waking up is necessary, but some of the blocks are protocol, and for our own good. apparently.

Not all greys are negatives, however. Though they still are pirates, and still take dna from the bloodlines. They're also trying to repair their dna for the cycle ending and the new plane. There are some that would volunteer to help for those who are not siding with the annanuki here, those that have integrity. In other words, the greys that are freedom fighters too. But not all the dna is taken for that and there is a hybrid program that is not approved by the Federation or Delegations. There are good and bad on both sides. People are individuals.

I've been rescued and had some battles clearing what is around me. But they do continue their negative work if you have a bloodline, no matter how watered down it is. I do on one side, my paternal grandmother's side, and theres possibilities on the others too, but that is the only one that is known. Anyone being abducted or having dna taken has the illuminati bloodline, or rather it goes through the 12 tribes of Judah, possible the lost tribes, such as Dan, which in turn goes back to Sumeria. This is an annanuki bloodline, pretty much spread throughout the world.

The Federation and Andross are very advanced people. I can't even begin to express the gratitude I feel at waking up despite some very negative moments, and family members having missing time, and wounds, with some flashes on those negative moments. I've seen two stations, one that I can't say where it is, but its multi platformed, and was standing on a balcony, feeling really shaken. My paradigm was shaken badly. That wasn't like seeing crafts or having contact, where your feet are on the ground and you can choose to walk away and say everyone is having a group hysteria like some skeptics like to say.

That moment cracked my matrix a lot. I looked down and was wearing blue myself. But I knew it already, I have some memories that go a long ways back. But I seem to also have been with my friend on assignments on an astroid that is the size of georgia inside, and its andross. So, I've never quite figured out where my family grouping is in more recent times, cosmically. Since pleiadians, lyraeans and andromedans are involved. It confuses me.

If you have some bad memories of greys there is a really strong chance that its a renegade group you're dealing with, though there are some memories that are replaced.
When a friend stayed for a week, there was dna taken from both of us, and something happened I won't reveal, but he was hurt, and after wards, he had a false memory, then when we continued to tell him what each had really done that day, then suddenly he remembered, but the other was there two, and he literally had two different memories of the day, one was negative and would have made him think people who loved him had behaved strangely.

The only things I would define as being negative are related to the greys as most of you know them on the ship and the little wrinkly guys that come in to your home in person.

There were levels of command and power,the captain of the ship first in a military final word,a woman that looked exactly like us that was telepathic,then the greys then the little ewoks.

The humans were the only ones I remember communicating with other than my warning off of the other unusual races.

But its not common to see Federation or Andros working with greys either. There seems to be a bit more tolerance and unconditional love for them from the pleiadians, than I've heard from my friends who are andross, or even Sirian in source. But greys as a whole are controlled by the annanuki's and some are trying to break free from this.

However there are solutions to taking dna without permission and acting as if they can control humans (ie. if you are waking up, usually they will come and do more visits. Its as if they are determined to shove you back into the sheep pen, and lock the gate. I've also been told that zetas have an ego problem as well. So breaking free brings out the control elements strongly from that side.) I was told the solution to their healing for the new plane is: they can always go home.

There are battles fought over dna. I've had some weird experiences, and one was two different surgeories, one was a removal of an implant behind my eye, and I knew the names of two that were there, but I was in an altered state so I didn't perceive the surgeory as 3D. And it felt like a device was put on my head. My friend immediately said this was to assist the healing process. So our perceptions are altered. I was also told that anything like this, you have to ask them to identify themselves, and the protocol is that they will do so. That surprised me, so I did ask for that identification. And was shocked that the one I was familiar with, but didn't know his name, gave it to me.

But...the greys did come back. They do come back, even when they suffer casualties.

Abduction is abduction is abduction, period!!!

All this other stuff around it (in my opinion) is just garble to make us 'think' it's for our own good and all these excuses and protocols along the way are ridiculous.

They're COMPOUNDING our problem, not helping it.

Any being that takes another without conscious consent is abducting them - would that be okay if your neighbor came into your home in the middle of the night and took your child out for a few hours and made sure they either had screen memories or none at all? The reply to that one is always it's for the betterment of your species, or if you were aware it would be too shocking, or if you were in a major car accident the doctors just treat you they don't wait for permission.... they're all excuses, all of them, because abduction is abduction is abduction.

As I understand the grays, there are different species of them - the traditional ones that abductees often report I think are the minions or clones the military/underground bases use. We are used and treated like farm animals because that's what they think of us as.

So with apologies, the "federation" does not exist, or if it does, it most definitely not helping despite the millenia of enslavement.

My concern is people are being implanted with memories to make them believe they were abducted by some benevolent, well meaning alien - why? Because well meaning, benevolent aliens wouldn't do abductions, they would honor our free will and choice and actually "ask". I'm sure they say we gave permission on another level (how convenient) or that we're just unable to understand (patronizing).

We experiment on animals, they experiment on us and "intentionally" fill the victims with false memories because their technology is that advanced and they can do it.

I believe most of the abductions going on are militarily supported and carried out with underground aliens (greys) and that they are lying to the victims to meet their own purposes, not ours.

A federation allows this? God, Creator of All that Is allows this? Makes me furious...

Several years back I researched this a lot and these are still my conclusions today - they're all lying to you/us. We do not have any saviors out there anywhere, or else they'd be here helping after billions of pleas. And for other races purportedly just hanging around to observe - I'm beginning to think they have a sadistic streak - could any of you stand by and watch what's happening to us happen to kenneled animals? Would you just observe how interesting it is they do this and that and the animal lives or dies or whatever?

We have major protests against abuse going on here, why don't they (federation) have protests against abuse going on there!

This isn't about us (people), it's about them (military/aliens) lying to us and using our bodies, minds and even souls to their own isidious ends without ANY interference. We're like the children being bullied and picked on in the school ground and no ones coming to help, they're just standing around watching to see how it turns out.

We're in agreement, abduction is abduction. Greys abduct. There are battles done in many instances to protect people/starseeds from abductions as they wake up and become aware.

Part of the process of waking up is gaining energy recognition, which is a basic skill, and I've had that one all my life, but even that becomes more sensitive as you work at awareness and ascension. This means you will graviate towards your family here and become aware of others and start to help each other.

This is a part of the process. And my family has seen crafts, and some have had missing time during all our lives. However, the crafts we have seen, nothing compares to the one siting I received after having contact in postcard form while I was vibrating, out in the back. It was an incredible light ship that materialized, flew for a bit, then vanished, huge. I have been told it was a high council craft. That one siting was beyond anything else, confirmed all the things I was cautious about and made me trust the experiences even more. Plus that contact seemed rather like a test.

Our very attitudes are constantly tested, our natures. How ready we are for advancement. How ready we are for unity. The graduation through the levels is towards perfection, love and light.

So my point is, we need to move beyond the abductions into help from our star family and the Federation, the High Councils and the Council of Nine. We work on raising our vibrations, our love frequency. We need to develop our insight.

One way to practice raising your insight and telepathy is to understand that all of nature is consciousness. Mother earth is a very advanced soul with super consciousness. So go out into nature. Place an apple piece out for the bees, hornets and insects and attempt to communicate with them. Tell them mentally that you wish for them to reveal their life purpose and lessons and that you wish to unlock earth's living library.

Grow in awareness. Grow in your connection to nature. Don't hurt anything that you can avoid. Say to mother earth how sorry you are that you are a part of the problem, and ask her to show you how you can help heal her. This is grounding, simply sitting outside and placing your hands on the earth. Use your imagination in meditation and open the door to your insight instead of fear based responses or skepticism. We need to start accessing our right hemisphere.

This is how we move away from abductions into support from those watching over. And contact, or enhanced contact if you're already having contact.

So anyone who is experiencing the negative needs to work on raising their awareness and vibrations and seek help from the positive cosmic watchers. Also, asking Prime Creator/God/First Cause/Divine Mother, whichever term you use, and your higher self for help in this. Ask for archangels to come and help. Metraton, Uriel, Miczael, for assistance. Both my family, as well as a friend whose whole family has been experiencing abductions, where helped and rescued from that experience. However, Greys seem to have ego problems and they do come back.

My friend, her daughter, and husband all experience this, and wake up with wounds and many dreams. She was paralyzed and couldnt even get to her daughter when she hears her crying out in the night. She and her daughter were rescued from an abduction when she called out for help. Her husband was not and he alone woke up with wounds. But that is another story. He is not a starseed and is actually alpha draconian in source, and is very controlling and negative. Those who are doing the battles are battling dracos, nukis and greys, so they're not helping him. She is trying to wake up, but not trying to wake him up at the moment.

That brings up another point, who people are in source. All people have options to chose again and move to light and love. Those who are nuki's in source, in human form may advance, as this world moves towards freedom. In nuki form, they will not advance. However its from the lower position, by creating this negative 3D plane that the universe is growing cold and being affected on all the levels. Wisdom looks up from the bottom of the well, lessons are done in this plane, as well, all are interconnected. So nukis hold their posts as the darkness and attempt to control the entire multiverse that way.

They're basically our leaders, bankers and corporate heads, the bloodlines. These are the nukis.

Kshaund,there is a Federation,I was on a ship that was a Military ship manned by humans in blue jumpsuit style uniforms,a warship my friend and I spoke pesonally with several soldiers and they told me about their lives,they expected I would not remember anything,you see we have allies,because one of the individuals misrepresented to allow me to remember.

I remember leaving the ship and how they transport up and down,and yes they do transport you through the air.

I was also on the moon where I was trained for things.Not specific tasks just things to make me understand things I would see again.

There is a GOFL actually, the Federation is headed by a very tall, 7.4 feet tall, blond male, half Sirius/Andromedan and reverred by many. This man really exists, and the work done is intergalactic, projects done between Andromeda and the Milky Way, and is incredible.
I've been aboard their crafts, rescued from abductions where we woke up with wounds, and handed in my report to this Commander, and been aboard their station, standing on a multi level platform before a viewing screen, where they said to me, welcome back, conscious of this, and in shock. I only got a brief glimpse of this as a memory, had said wait, I think I'm ple'o'sha'n lyrean so what does this mean, looked down and saw my two piece blue suit, not biotech but more civilian or technician apparel, and went into further shock. He almost regretted showing me, he said.

Its different when you're standing on the ground witnessing crafts, and getting contact or greetings. You can choose to walk away. You can convince yourself even if there were others with you, as we have had, that its a group hysteria, which it wasn't. But, that kind of memory isn't, something is revealed about your own work and nature, and there is no pulling the blankets up over your eyes for it to go away.

The reality is, that the good guys are wonderful, have been much malligned by the ufology group, and turned into various cults, probably due to the ongoing negotiations which involve a free planet in the ened, and I have been told that that is the prime directive, and so, TPTB, nuki's have started numerous cults and disinfo about them. They're real, and millions here on this planet are from those organizations and the various systems represented there, some as starseeds, some as walk ins.

There was something we were waiting on before, and I still ask for frequently, and that is if any overt depopulation move is done on this planet, the divided star nations who sit on the fence about what to do about earth will act. Because there is a cosmic law. I've heard this, and never known for sure, but it feels like something is about to happen, and that its not going to be the Vrill I was so worried would emerge first. That kind of disclosure is nwo fascism, hybrids and a planned ongoing depopulation.

So one thing is for sure, if there are any cosmic laws governing such things, and I keep asking and will continue, things may change dramatically.

Of course I do recall somebodies account of a staged big event, and just before it lifts too far off the ground, rescuers show up, but they're not really the good guys, and perhaps even will be taking many humans off planet as resources, and harvest humans, and slaves. I did have a dream about such a thing too, and then flashes and a siting afterwards when I found it confusing, because it was very clear, and not good news.
I have always planned on using my insight with such things and spray painting their crafts with Harvesting, Resources, Food, Slavery and perhaps if a few are right, Freedom.
And have communicated this under the stars, shaking my fists many times.

Also, I've been getting two different, strong feelings, that are at slight odds, so this is why I think there may be two groups, on opposite sides making their presence known.
One is that with certain recent events, something triggered off a memory of events we were told about, and I'm on an alert, scan mode now. Two things have happened rather quickly together, and this makes me very hopeful.

But at the same time a feeling that it is wise to caution all starseeds or contactees to be very careful if disclosure happens, especially one that involves ETs. You have to lay low, and watch things carefully. One of the experiencers in Australia that I know was tagged by the teams of hybrids that Vrill has created, these teenage psi ops were from the US and were being sent to monitor schools and areas for the psi star seeds. There is a program that is supposed to get under way at some point to eliminate psi citizens.
So, while I'm waiting for disclosure and suddenly aware of some key players here, and that something may be happening, and the next year interesting, we need to lay low at that point and look for our family. There are two sides to this, if not more.

But in the meantime, I was told to be bold, and its time for ppl who are sitting on some experiences, or things they feel they could do locally in their communities but havnt because they think they have something to do after a disaster to rethink the reason they may be here, and start to seek info from their higher self (HS) and cosmic family or the Creator, to find out what they should be doing, because its time to do things locally.

Dont worry Unity,the art of human survival hasnt changed in thousands maybe millions and possibly billions of years,so it likely wont change any time soon,everyone just needs to keep doing what they are doing,learning to treat each other with respect and we need to rely on each other a little more in a person to person sort of way we need to feel good about the little things we do for people we love and the random things we should be doing for strangers in need.

No one has to worry about being tagged any more than they need to worry about being mugged or robbed.

We all have survival skills and instincts so if you do feel that you are being followed or harsssed and are in danger ,definately follow your gut instincts and make changes that feel right for you.There is a whole world to find yourself in and sometimes it only takes a small move to disappear.

The group that took me could probably take me now if they chose and I couldnt stop it but I wont lose any sleep over that fact and neither should you.
