Yes, this combination, in the following order, would represent the very best BB entrainment meditation session imo.

1) Transcendence

2) LoveVibeDNA Super-Longevity

3) Compassion Meditation

Total time, for all three tracks - about 1 hour 40 minutes total, and so if you added twenty minutes (or more) of silent meditation following it, then you'd be looking at a 2 hour session total.

I'm going to try it right now.

So I did it yesterday, all three back to back. It was, how can I say.. rejeuvenating, revitalizing, and refreshing, much like the experience I had not long after starting up with the Holosync by Centerpointe. That new Transcendence one, whoa! Very deep and powerful!

Today, back at work after a two and a half week break and my concentration and focus and ability to get into a "flow" and knock off task after task was at my peak performance level. I was calm, relaxed and really focused, and the energy level was great - although having just come off a vacation may have helped.

But I was really charged and in top form today and I think my meditation yesterday had much to do with it.

I'm going to do it again tonight, all three in succession.

Listen sitting upright with your back straight, instead of laying down. Also, do a breathing excercise, where you open your eyes briefly on the intake, then, closing your eyes again, purse your lips a little blowing out, as if blowing out a candle, and think as you breath, vital energy in, used up waste out, something like that. In other words, get into it more and pay more attention, while riding the line between consciousness and unconsciousness. I sometimes get bright flashes of white light which wake me up in a hurry as they kind of freak me out a bit when they happen.

Thanks for the advice!

A couple of times when I was trying the Bach to The Future mp3 I noticed bright flashes of light(usually only one), which always wake me right out of the trance because I always think its a car passing by or my lights switching on!

I guess it takes a little practice to not fall asleep every time!

You know I think that light we get sometimes is like THE light..

Last night, I was certain that someone flipped the switch in my room, so I know precisely what you mean.

And a couple times, it was as if I was outside, and the light was the sun just shining down on me. When it's sustained like that is perfect I think, that's the kind of thing we want to have happen as much as possible. They say pay no attention to mere experiences, but that's a special and very white white light, and it's good to have that imo.

P.S. Consider dropping the Bach and trying out that Transcedence one..

My suggestion would be the three in a row as per the above post, and if you like the Bach and get a lot out of it, you could just go back and forth from day to day, between it and the Transcendence.

People ought to be REALLY happy with this thread I think. It's the best one ever offered here at ATS imho.

And for those who haven't tried it yet, or who might be a little trepidatious about it, I'd recommend trying out this introductory hemi-synch orientation to get a sense for what it's like.

OmegaPoint, I was really excited to see a new BB thread posted by you! I have become fascinated by brainwave entrainment after you posted "Bach to the Future" and the "Compassion Meditation". I feel that this has opened up a whole new world to me that I never knew existed. I have been listening to those tracks every night before going to sleep. I can't really say that my life has changed in any way yet, but I am new to meditation and the changes will probably be slow to show up. When I notice anything I will be sure to post in here and let you know.

Thank you so much for your generosity in posting these tracks to us for free. I am deeply grateful to you.

if you have problems downloading these, use Internet Explorer instead of Mozilla Firefox. Solved the problem for me.

Basically, it evolves or increases your awareness, so if you want your life to change, you'll have the vital energy and the brainpower to make whatever changes you like, as you continue with this.

If I might, I would recommend that you make use of the process, to create for yourself and your life a whole new and more functional (for you) "internal map of reality", and for that, I would HIGHLY recommend Bill Harris' "Life Principals Integration Process"
www.centerpointe.com...

Compared to the price of going to a seminar or taking a course in school, or ordering a program from Tony Robbins or whatever, you can't beat this for the value.

Combining the two together, entrainment and a new worldview, and you'll have the most powerful tools imaginable for a dramatic and profound life transformation, one capable of taking you pretty much wherever you want to go, both within, and without.

And you are most welcome. My great pleasure is to be of service to others, which is why things come so easily for me - my friends say I have "horseshoes"!

Edit: The only other program I would recommend would be this one by Bob Proctor called "The Art of Thinking".

bobproctor.com...

What I am suggesting here, is that you are building a new hardware using this technology, by evolving conscious awareness and brain hemispheric synchrony - so then the question becomes one of what to DO with it, and so I'm saying - put in some new software to go with it, and upgrade your whole system, and in so doing, your whole life.

Whilst this is all good, I prefer listening to the Solfeggio Frequencies or even Isochronic Tones.

Much more effective than Binaural beats, in my opinion, although the Solfeggio seems to be geered towards those who are ready for the next level in "adjustment".

I tried out the Transcedence mp3, and...well it was very weird listening to it! It was a nice experience to get me settled in for the the whole experience. It was like sitting in an airplane at night flying to your destination about half an hour away! Also the LoveVibeDNA was very nice and had a relaxing tone to it. I just dreamt of living on an island with my significant other watching the waves roll in. All in all it was a calming experience. Although I know I didn't do my meditation exactly quite right( I know I have to keep practicing to find my own method) I did wake up in the morning feeling a little more rested than before. I'll keep giving it a try!

I think it sounds like you two were about to have an OBE. Now im not sure, but that is what a lot of people experience when they are about to have an OBE

bach tuned to 440hz which resonates with 8 of your chakras, mozart with 432hz which resonates with all 12.

This is a difference of 8 hz.

I would advise caution meddling around with ur brain in this way, don't let excitement blur your better judgement, don't let words like 'dr' sway you, check this stuff out good & proper before flooding your brain with 'silent subliminals' originally developed for military use. Consider that whilst there may be nothing inherently wrong with binaural beats, they can be used to implant subliminal ideas into your head & that if these indeed do affect your dna & internal chemistry, then they indeed could do you serious harm.

be wary of 'get rich quick' schemes,
especially those applied to the field of enlightenment.

Then I've already served as the Guinnea Pig.

Here's my testimonial

Rob (OmegaPoint) Before Brainwave Entrainment:

Overweight by fifty pounds, sixty if I was being truly honest! Type two diabetes (goes with the territory these days), low energy, low enthusiasm, but still a "big dreamer", but more as a compensation for everything I wasn't being or doing, so as to justify via mere possibilities (I mean like anything is at least possible, right?), depressed, feeling guilty most of the time, even fearful towards life, somewhat paranoid and fearful of others, sad, lonely, isolated, separate, and almost in a state of deep grief over the loss or supression of what and who I COULD have been, and what I OUGHT to be doing - grieving over the apparent death, of my gifts and talents, and unrealized dreams and an endless stream of unfulfilled promises, both to myself and others. Prone to unhealthy compulsive obsessive disorders, mostly involving laziness and a runaway brain..

Rob After Brainwave Entrainment (timeframe of five months)

- using the Holosync Mediation Program by Centerpointe, and now this combination, which works even better being, by some stroke of good fortune, better and more effective by a couple orders of magnitude than Holosync alone, at least at the earlier levels of that program.

STILL overweight, by fifty pounds (honest), but not caring about that in the least, so long as my health and well being is pretty good, and energy levels in balance and feeling good, happy, peaceful, attentive, in calm control, highly self confident and completely without any fear, only compassion, towards those I encounter, and that includes EVERYONE, and therefore charming and attractive to others, yet without much ego or taking myself too seriously. I am relaxed, focused, even much smarter than I used to be. I sleep great. Dropped two of the more expensive meds I was on for my type 2 diabetes related issues, a Lipitor type drug along with an ace inhibitor to protect my kidnies. I play hockey, Aerobie www.aerobie.com... (you gotta check that out), and that quinessential overall life satisfaction people call hapiness, has returned, adn I rarely feel lonely any more, at all.

And I'm getting younger. Lost the beginning of grey hair, facial wrinkles are disappearing, my skin is smoother, eyes nice and sparkly (and loving, happy and fearless), and deep down, in the core of my being, I am having some of the same overall "impressions" about life, which I haven't experienced in many many years, so inside I'm younger.

And my mind and awareness is sharp - I can really SEE everything around me now, everthing is crisper, sharper, more VIBRANT, and I can evaluate people and situations at LIGHTING speed - before I was lucky not to get hit by a car when crossing the street at times.

And then there's the "enlightened" and spiritual growth aspects of increased conscious awareness, a unique and highly personal subjective thing which cannot be described in merre words.

It truly is priceless, once you fully understand and begin to experience the unbelievable benefits, which comes with a daily practice of meditation, especially using something as deep and powerful as this.

Thanks for that tip. I was using firefox and had to wait until the player finished loading before I could play it.

Now I have all saved to my computer....much more convenient..

Shall let everyone know what I think of them....

The two Love Live DNA and Compassion Meditation are just fine to use, and are in fact good for you. The Transcendence one, you might want to work up to with the Bach, which is perfectly fine, but Transcendence you might not want to do right out of the gate, as it's more powerful.

Bach To The Future

Bach
LoveVibeDN
Compassion

these three are fine, and completely harmless I can assure you 100%, and I've been posting in here long enough I think for people to know that I'm not some dark underworld shadowy operator trying to mess with people's minds. I've been using these for well over six months now, and the benefits are actually enormous as you could see from my testimonial as to what it's done for me.

Begin - if starting out, with only the first two songs in the Bach one, and you'll get a sense for what it's like, and man it actually feels wonderful, very calming, peaceful, refreshing, and GOOD for your brain and nervous system, as you notice when you wake up in the morning the next day.

As posted earlier, you can also listen to the hemi-synch orientation to get a feel for it first.

I can understand the reluctance, been there myself at one point, wondering ("what could I be doing to myself here"), but I can absolutely vouch for the tracks posted in this thread, all of them, but if new, you may want to work your way into them slowly, but consistently, as there is no harm in it, it's just sound waves, but they are powerful and do have an effect, a wholly positive one I might add.

Regards,

Rob
