Closer To The Truth...

I had a very strange and vivid dream last night! I can never remember my dreams in the morning but this... this was something else.

The Dream:

I was sleeping at my house, when all of a sudden I wake up and see a figure at the side of my bed looking down on me! Taller than the average human, however similar facial features to a human apart from the eyes which were shaped like holding your first finger to your thumb, and black. It had no ears and a flat nose. The skin was a strange color and it was like looking at oil on the surface of water!

I was aware it was sending me images (Almost like looking back on memories) in my head, telepathically.

The Images Were:

An atom:

The figure then started merging the atom and solar system images together, and I made out it was trying to describe our solar system as an atom, and it then started showing me thousands if not billions of other solar systems all interlocked together.


It then gave me an image of a molecule diagram, then a cell... then it gave me images of thousands of objects realy fast, (almost like flicking through a photobook) including humans, apples, plants, stones... pretty much everything in existance.

I think it was trying to get the message across to me that we are apart of something so vast it is almost impossible to comprehend. And this "Being" (Figure) had figured out possibly the meaning and solved the question "What are we doing here." However it lacked the description of what we were apart of...

I woke up in real life in the exact same position as I lay in the dream (Proped up against the top of the bed) sweating and heart racing.

I think what ever the dream ment was on to something and I am now determined to discover what it was trying to tell me!

Maybe some users on here can help by giving some of their views on the subject... ^

P.S I have never experienced anything like this, I am 18 years old and have no idea about science or anything bioligy related! It is also my first thread and i spent a while writing it up!

Very interesting. It does make sense if you think about it. Part of something larger. Like our solar system is an atom in the body of God. Hmm. Interested to see how this thread turns out. S&F.

Maybe he was trying to say that everything works because of everything else?
Like the universe is a cooperative functioning system?
Everything is connected and have the potential to communicate with everything else? Like cells in our body that are constantly working together and communicating with each other to make us be what we are and maintain us alive?

He could also be saying that the universe is a giant fractal - it just keeps replicating itself in different dimensions.

What do you think, was I any help?

All im gonna say is everything you have said is possible! What I saw last night was incredible. Disturbing at times but quite fascinating!

I would say the figure had things right on, as the vision you were given is how i've always pictured the universe to be... All interconnected, everything is dependent on everything else, and it's a bit like a torus folding in upon itself.

At first it was a bit hard to comprehend and I was extremely scared as I think anyone would! But I overcame it and just went with it and it was amazing! Im doing research now about everything from atoms to the solar system, hopefully one day I / or someone else will find out what part we play so to speak!

hey there, you were kind enough to make a post on my experience, so i'd like to return the gracious favor. What an interesting story indeed. It's well worth noting that the iridescence you describe is a quantum physical/quantum chance process. What is actually happening is that random photon paths create changing wavelengths as the oils thickness changes on a surface... it's interesting to note that your alien was demonstrating features of quantum flux (i'm not actually kidding I recently read qed) - assuming the being you saw existed, it was displaying a property distinct to a very bizarre quantum effect in optics... I also found it interesting you described, specifically like flicking through many faces.. I've had experiences like that whilst falling asleep.. it's quite overwhelming, specially when you see.. say 100 faces none of which you recognize. I also had an interesting experience in a Sauna once, was relaxing after a long workout and I suddenly saw this black woman in a market somewhere in central london, I have to say - that was the most bizarre thing in my life, it was vivid enough to know the woman does not exist to me, but she was there, and she was real very..strange

assuming your event really did happen (its hard to tell sometimes huh? know how you feel...that self doubt is always there for me) seems like your little quantum friend was trying to convey some pretty complex #... that perhaps the universe and all things are applying to the same universal barriers and forms.. look at the pictures, see the similarities? circles are the meaning of life huh? *laughs

Im affraid that is all I can remember of the dream, (What is written in the first post). It has been a couple of days now and I can't remember most of it, my memory is terrible!

I did recall a weird relaxing feeling (At peace, as if everything was going to be alright) before I remember the dream starting. Afterwards when I woke up I was in panic!

What did it mean to you?

How did it make you feel?

Perhaps you claimed the right into some extra dimensional activity? I have known you long enough to know you as a true seeker. Sometimes truths will speak to you in a language you understand........

Remember, even smaller than the smallest.............exists light......

Sorry to be so late to the party. I think you tapped a little more heavily into the collective unconciousness than you are used to. I happen to agree with a kind of fractal like nature to the universe. To wit:

• the tiniest observations show everythin behaving as particles or waves depending on the perspective of the investigator. I tend to believe that is a side effect of the fact that we are looking at a micro/macro boundry.
  
• Newtonian physics tends to work on big things and quantum theory tends to work on small things with the 100nm scale being, again, that micro/macro boundry
  
• All effects in the universe tend to depend on your perspective. Hot is cold and fast is slow, all depending on your relative position on the scale. I think as things zoom out and get larger, the net sum of the micro effects give us the illusion that a differant system is at work when in reality, it is the same system just aggregated together. Thus, Newtonian physics is the net sum of countless quantum systems.
  

Anyway, just my humble opinion... cheers!

Interesting. That must've been some experience. But how can you tell you were awake? Sometimes people 'wake up' in dreams. Maybe it was more conscious dream? Well, I do not doubt your feelings, just pointing out the possibility.

Anyway, whatever it was - dream, vision or apparation - you had some decent info. As above so below, it is the old alchemical expression, meaning that that microcosm and macrocosm are quite much alike. As long as there are wars within the people themselves, there will be wars between the nations, stars and so on; even with our cells inside, if we are neurotic persons - which many of us are.

Just one more thing, it's funny how some people get this kind of revelations in this type of experiences, and others never get those, but are left alone with cold reasoning.

All in all, it was your experience and who am I to attempt to explaining any of it? I just wish you all the best and hope that you will receive more 'wisdom'.
