She also (Linda Howe) talked to Dr. Michio Kaku, about the possibility of aliens doing the above and he said its possible (talked about type 1,2, civilizations etc...like he usually does)

anyway I'm thinking, you know ...this might be the ticket...the best answer to the aliens visiting us ..why not?

No they are not time travellers. In fact presenting someone's self as a time traveller when they are in fact an extraterrestrial is the most notorious and sneaky way to befriend humanity and have your way with them. It is like a trojan horse.

But fear not, most extraterrestrial encounters are hoaxes or perpetrated by the government using hypnosis to brainwash people and believe they were abducted by small gray versions of the Children of the Corn.

Oh man this is by far and away my favorite scenario. To me, if credible...... is soooooo much cooler to think about versus the alien hypothesis. Yeah I realize how groundbreaking an EBE would be, but to imagine humanity hundreds of years ahead........... coming back to "manipulate a more favorable outcome" just twists my mind in knots! I F(in) love it! The rules are broken and new conversations arise. The whole multiverse, and parallel universe thing comes into play. That's so amazing. Screw the aliens; the understanding of relative time and space and the manipulation thereafter is waaaaaay cooler! IMO anyway.

If you go to projectcamelot.com and click on UFO's, their "official story" after there hundreds of interviews has deemed the Roswell case to be time travelers as well.....
