In "Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment," a book he co-authored in 1977 with noted doomsayers Paul R. and Anne H. Erlich, Mr. Holdren wrote: "Indeed, it has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing Constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society."

Is the "population crisis" the next scare tactic to be used against us to further the agenda of TPTB? From the way this guy talks, it certainly seems that way.

Mr. Holdren and the Erlichs considered other extremist measures. "A program of sterilizing women after their second or third child, despite the relatively greater difficulty of the operation than vasectomy, might be easier to implement than trying to sterilize men," they wrote. "The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control."

And it gets worse:

The Holdren-Erlich book also promotes "Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods." After noting that, well, yes, there were "very difficult political, legal and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems," Mr. Holdren and his co-authors express hope that their idea may still be viable. "To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements," they wrote. "It must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets or livestock."

Why does this guy have anything approaching authority? He shouldn't be anywhere near the White House, and yet he's Chief Science Adviser. Something is very wrong with this picture.

Am I really the only person upset over this? This guy promoted putting sterilization drugs in the water supply to control some perceived overpopulation crisis, and now he's Chief Science Adviser.

No, I am as well.


And though most just like him don't publish their thoughts, but rather work behind the scenes to make it happen, this is nothing new.


These ideas have been the nucleus for many policies created by numerous administrations for the sole purpose of population control and to further their agenda.


Obama just happened to show his ass by giving this particular guy the post.

A more severe case of genetic contamination is taking place in Mexico, where the presence of GM corn has been documented since 2001. Ribeiro stated in La Jornada: “The potential of spermicidal corn as a biological weapon is outrageous, since it easily interbreeds with other varieties, is capable of going undetected and could lodge itself at the very core of indigenous and farming cultures. A small California biotech company, Epicyte, in 2001 announced the development of genetically engineered corn which contained a spermicide which made the semen of men who ate it sterile. At the time Epicyte had a joint venture agreement to spread its technology with DuPont and Syngenta, two of the sponsors of the Svalbard Doomsday Seed Vault. Epicyte was since acquired by a North Carolina biotech company. Astonishing to learn was that Epicyte had developed its spermicidal GMO corn with research funds from the US Department of Agriculture, the same USDA which, despite worldwide opposition, continued to finance the development of Terminator technology, now held by Monsanto.

In the 1990’s the UN’s World Health Organization launched a campaign to vaccinate millions of women in Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines between the ages of 15 and 45, allegedly against Tentanus, a sickness arising from such things as stepping on a rusty nail. The vaccine was not given to men or boys, despite the fact they are presumably equally liable to step on rusty nails as women.

Because of that curious anomaly, Comite Pro Vida de Mexico, a Roman Catholic lay organization became suspicious and had vaccine samples tested. Personally, I feel the entire argument hangs on the above statement. IF it became severe.

In the last 100 years, billions died because of war and disease. That always was the standard population control. Is that preferable to sterilization? The Chinese for many years only allowed one child per family. They did that (as far as I know) because they didn't want people starving to death.

We're looking at a potential global food and water crisis now. What are we going to do about that if it becomes a painful reality? Another world war with nukes this time? There's going to be a point when there's too many people in this world and you know what happens in nature when the tipping point is reached.

I'm not saying that sterilizing people without their knowing it is the right way to go, but when the IF Holdren talks about becomes a reality, something's got to happen.

We're looking at a potential global food and water crisis now. What are we going to do about that if it becomes a painful reality? Another world war with nukes this time? There's going to be a point when there's too many people in this world and you know what happens in nature when the tipping point is reached.

I'm not saying that sterilizing people without their knowing it is the right way to go, but when the IF Holdren talks about becomes a reality, something's got to happen.

There has only ever been shortages of anything because of the Governments and people in power's greed and evil spiritidness. There is enough of everything to go round, except in cases of famine caused by natural disaster, and even then the food shipped in is stolen and sold on.
I would like to see every single person quoted in the above posts not only sterilised so they cannot pass on their evil to another soul, but also locked away so they can never harm another person. What on earth goes on in some people's minds to even think in that way. They have no respect for life whatsoever. They should be stripped of every single resource and every possession they own and then be ostracised from society for their contempt for their fellow man. Yes, let's pick on a poor country and stop them breeding as they are sub human and deserve not to reproduce. Holdren is an unabashed advocate of eugenics and "de-industrialization." For starters.
