Look closely and you can see some strange movements, looks almost like hes trying to sit up.

Any thoughts on this?

When it went into slow-motion at 1:18, it appears as if his left arm is being pulled out of view, so it's more likely that someone is moving the body.

I don't see it. What I do see is the shot of the helicopter changing angle and through that the shadow moving over the body, creating the illusion of movement.

Or in other words: it's the shadow that's moving, not the body.

You can see a yellow strip of material (Which I'm assuming is part of the gurney) appear when the body is turned.

I think that maybe the body moved because the helicopter may have been banking or something. How do we know that that is him too? Wasn't he taken to the hospital in the coroner's van, or, is that after that?

Nice find but I'd tend to agree with Hexidecimal that someone is probably moving or pulling the body.

Still good find though!

Same here, are they just removing the straps perhaps? It definitely didn't look like a shadow to me.

It seems unlikely that they would remove anything strapping the body down before the helicopter was safely grounded. It's possible that the operator standing on the edge of the doorway didn't want the body to be seen on camera, or they were told not to show the body on camera, so they moved it out of the way.

There is a shadow, but it's cast by the body when it's turned onto it's side. That might be what Gaspode saw.

It looked like the helicopter was almost grounded, sometime I undo my car seatbelt as we're pulling into the driveway, I do see the shadow cast by the body but I can't understand why they would turn his body onto it's side, you can't exactly see much with a sheet over it so I don't know.

Yeah, but it just seems like it would be proper protocol to not unfasten the cargo (IE Corpse) before they are grounded.

Also, in some religions a corpse has to be on its right side on the way to the burial site. Maybe one of the operators in the helicopter is a member of such.

True but I thought nobody followed the rules these days.

Isn't the body meant to be strapped to the stretcher? the only thing the straps appear to be holding is the sheet.

The black bars on the sheet are shadows, not straps. I think the sheet is covering the body, which is strapped onto the gurney.

I guess it's just one of those thing that we'll never know.

Well spotted

Are the gurneys meant to be flexible though?

Yep. The body definitely sat up. If someone had been moving the body, you would have seen arms or hands near the head/neck area. The person behind the guy in the door was at the foot of the stretcher. If someone was pulling it, they would have loosened the straps first.
The body sat up and to the right. I saw it!

But then the old saying goes, "believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see". It certainly applies here.

That's quite clearly air that is moving the sheet, the chopper has changed from forward flight to a near hover, the air currents in the back there are bound to change - the starboard door is open giving the hopeful the illusion that the body kind rolled over a bit.

MJ is as dead as a door nail, sorry, move on. - knowing that family they probably already have tissue samples send of to cloning labs around the world, we could be seeing Jacko's twin comming to a screen near you in about 52 years, pick up where he left off.

A piece of stretched rubber on a metal frame. I believe there are metal joints in the middle of each side, making it collapsible, so I'd imagine they are somewhat flexible. It's also possible that just the sheet is moving, not the body underneath it, which is why we see the yellow strap appear just near the end. The way it's angled makes it look like it is holding something down and not just laying across the gurney.

Ok people are grasping at straws I swear. MJ is dead and so is Elvis, Tu Pac, Biggie Smalls and the list goes on. Just because he was a celeb is doesnt mean he is impervious to a sudden death. Geesh people get a grip!

I see a little movement but I bet it was someone on the helicopter moving MJ and not MJ himself.

Who says Elvis is dead? The king of Rock and the King of pop can't die. They are immortal. This video proves it.
