yesterday i was listening to canibus, poet laureate infinity, and around 5:30 in the song he mentions a patent #, so i wrote it down. then did a google patent search and it turned out to be the patent for HAARP, the # is 4686605. before i read it i was a little skeptical about what people say it can do, but now i wouldn,t put anything past this technology.

Found it also straight from the US Patent Office website...

Apparently this isn't anything new considering there are 6 other threads on here referencing the inventors name...
