Teach a man to fish i guess...

Quick primer on basic object detection using Gimp2;

1) Save a hires image of the target
2) Under filters select difference of Gaussians
3) Set both radii to 0 – make sure invert is off but normalize usually helps

Then a few options

a) Increase only one radius slowly to bring out detail
b) Set a large magnitude for one radius only
c) then do the reciprocal -> ie modify the other radius whilst keeping the previous radius at zero.

notes: setting both radii to same quantity will negate the filter so don’t, using both radii (vs. setting to zero) will blur the result. By applying the effect on a layer vs. the original you can toggle between the artefact of interest and said image which will help build a mental picture of what you are observing.

---------------

This is just a very quick and easy method to isolate object of interest or that may seem anomalous, it also works for near colours where otherwise they would appear to be the same value.

can someone use infrared or something on this photo?

you cant filter for infrared unless the image captured that part of the spectrum.

im not big on science nor too much of the paranormal

I havent visited this site in over 5 years the only reason i came back was to get this photo that i forgot i even had analyzed

gnomes by Gladius
Other moon UFO by Gladius
9/11 alien theory
hearing voices
Now explain to me how you are "not big on too much of the paranormal" and how this picture of the moon is outside of what looks to be a hotel and sounds like your other story of a UFO encounter only this one has a different girl saying look at the moon.

Thanks ArMaP, I did not know this, I only ever use it for uploading my avatar and a few odds and ends for supporting documentations in some threads, never had any "evidence" of anything I wanted to upload. Good to know.

Nothing to see. I took the gamma way up to see if there was anything there. There is nothing.

Perhaps if you were to provide the original from the camera. You won't be able to use the gallery here as it compresses the images. You need to use one of the free FTP sites to let somebody have the original.

As it is now it just appears to be a normal moon midway between waning or waxing.

look at when i posted those 6 YEARS AGO when i was living next to the cementary

you guys are some teeny boppers obviously

...yeah because when I was 17 I took a Trip to Iceland alone for a week to see the Aurora Borealis. And only 3 years ago I went alone to see a SOLAR ECLIPSE in Turkey.
Your not going to get any help by slagging people down, simply because your not getting the "its a huge Triangle mothership coming to Earth" answer that you obviously want.

We are bashing the content posted on the site we are not attacking you personally. You should not have to defend real evidence. If i have a watch and put up a picture of it and say hey everyone this is a watch, nobody will question it. But when you put up a picture of the moon do not expect people to jump on board and think it is something else and do not even for one min tell me that you were not looking to get UFO type responses you already posted this in scince and future technology calling it an eclipse and they said that is what it might be. Now you post it in the UFO board asking what it might be. So if you do not want your content bashed make sure it is worth posting.

T be fair all theyve done is given explanative possibilities and you've launched a vendetta against them using personal means for no reason other than questioning what is happening on the photo.

I dont know when the image was taken, I dont know where or what time it was taken, all Ive done is said that in 2008 a Lunar Eclipse (2 infact) occured. Ive tried my best to analyse the image for you but as im not a pro at image software I couldnt get anything out the image, for that you'd really need a professional.
Maybe a trip to a Photographic Studio or College Campus/Uni might be beneficial?
