British explorer Andrew Collins recently created ripples in the world of archeology when he announced that he had found a series of underground tunnels and caves beneath the Giza plateau in Egypt. And while Mr. Collins was able to only proceed a relatively short distance, due to bats, spiders and various hostile conditions, Billy Meier recounted his experiences, in 1953, of going underneath the Great pyramid, far below the surface, and into a city-like compound that had been utilized, for thousands of years, by a renegade extraterrestrial group.

It was this group, the Bafath, that was largely responsible for the existence and perpetuation of the various religions and cults, many of which exit to this day though the Bafath were removed from the earth about 30 years ago. They were also a force behind Hitler, operating through the Thule society, strongly influencing him to become the exceedingly evil, negative leader that he tuned into. It was also said that this group was planning a false “Second Coming” so as to effectively gain worldwide control over all of humanity, long conditioned for enslavement by the religions.

Here you can read Meier's own account of going beneath the Great Pyramid.

Please add Billy Meier to the title so that 99% of ATS will bypass this thread.

Thanks

That's fairly dismissive isn't it?

I would understand it, if Billy had NOT told us about hidden tunnels and chambers beneath the great pyramid in 1953, but to rubbish the guy 56 years after talking about these tunnels, only to have them discovered in 2009, and say that the guy is to be avoided is frankly absurd.

So why exactly are you trying to smear the guy who told us about tunnels under the great pyramid who has just been confirmed as accurate?

It is yet to be determined if the tunnels Billy Meier was talking about (city-like compound used by extraterrestrials) are the same tunnels discovered recently.

Just because someone found a tunnel does not make the Billy Meier account true.

People have been speculating for some time now (more than 50 years) that there may be undiscovered tunnels under the Giza Plateau. Billy Meier was not the first one who talked about such an idea.

I'm not rubbishing Billy at all in my post. It is politely asking to replace 'UFO Contactee' with 'Billy Meier' - that's it, purely in order that those who are for or against him can choose to view the thread.

Simples

When did Edgar Cayse make his statements regarding the chamber under the Sphinx. I myself believe that some of the stuff Meirer came up with is pretty out but I can say I honestly will never know what was true and what wasn't but to discount something to as fodder that you may not have clear insight on can bite you in the butt. John Lear( I know, I know) had some tall tales but you know, I can say that he has a remarkable record before he came out with his "disclosure", he was and quite frankly is still in a far better position to be privy to classified information and understanding than someone pounding keys on a geek box. I give credit to Meirer for stating the existence of tunnels under the pyramid because how many different tunnels does one think could be UNDER the Pyramids of Giza. I just don't buy the story some foreign archeaoligist found tunnels without Egypt slamming the lid shut on the story.

Just reporting it how I saw it, that was the title of the original topic at UFODigest.com... But since you insist...

I concur, Billy Meir is so full of fertilizer that anything he says is probably B.S.. Just my opinion.

Billy Meier lost all of his credibility. It's not hard to see why no one wants to talk about a charlatan. Hey that's the first time I've used that word on ATS. Charlatan.. Pretty cool word imo...

May I rubbish him on behalf of you and everyone else? Thank you!

The guys an utter fraud. Fake images and a never ending stream of tall tales and shaggy dog tales. Beating a one-armed man around the head with a sock full of loose change could seem unsporting....an exception should be made for Meier. He's a waste of time unless he's part of a UFOlogy 101 lesson in being cautious about big claims and aliens that won't show their faces

I wonder if those underground caves are where Billy got his nifty ray gun?

Seriously... how much hoaxed material do you have to produce before people stop believing in you?

You forgot about the "picture" of the pterodactyl that Meier claimed to have taken when he went back in time -- but the picture he said he "took" was actually a picture of a painting in a book about dinosaurs published prior to the time he supposedly "time traveled" to take the picture...

...and then there was the picture of the Pleiadian woman who ended up being a picture of one of the dancers on the old Dean Martin TV show...

...and then there was the "ray gun" and the garbage can lid UFO...

There is no way anyone should believe anything Meiers has said. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt in this case -- but IF AND ONLY IF if these tunnels discovered by this British archaeologist leads to a "city-like compound used by extraterrestrials"
like Meiers claimed.

Yeah -- That's it...

...Meiers has been proven to be lying about his UFO experiences on multiple occasions, yet there are still some "blind believers" who still defend him -- probably because they want to believe in UFOs so badly that they will believe anyone who claims to have seen one. (I'm not necessarily talking about the OP...he's just passing a story along).

If those same blind defenders of Meiers gave the U.S. government's official story regarding aliens and UFOs the same amount of leeway and blind trust that they give to Meiers, then they should also believe the government is telling the truth.

Yeah it's a shame mate.

Unfortunately the biggest names in the UFO "Business" are blatant hoaxers and liars..

So it goes eh?

The problem with these "psychics" proclaiming there are tunnels and shafts under the pyramids is that they were known about and written about in books dating from the late 19th Century. Many of them had not been explored, even up to this day. Go to the library and check out some books by the early Egyptologists and one can find out many of the stuff talked about in these threads are old information.

Billy and Edgar read many books and probably knew about the tunnels. They knew most people would not look for musty old books and made these "predictions".

Tee, tee .... IF you do not like what is written in a thread you can ignore the thread if you want, not?

Glad some people are paying attention to what is told in the past and is possibly revealed (or going to be) now.

We live in wonderful times and science is discovering a lot of what is predicted in the past, wheither you like it or not.

It's up to you to believe it or not, nobody is forcing you to believe anything.

I am POSITIVE these tunnels and stuff are NOT new discoveries, but re-discoveries.

I distinctly remember hearing a 1st hand account of someone how had got permission to search, and they'd found an opening and had wanted to discover it - they were looking someplaced based on an account in the 1800's, but as SOON as they started discussing what they'd found - an opening BEHIND a break in a wall of a tomb into what appeared to be - I THINK they said a catacomb or tunnel system - the authorities (z.h) shut their search down.

Thank you tmayhew01......

Billy Meier threads are a true highlight for me on ATS.

I find there is nothing more invigorating than to get up in the morning, get a strong cup of coffee, switch on ATS & see a new Billy Meier battle-thread!
