I've recently bought a book called "UFO Fotoboek" (UFO Photo Album) a Dutch book from 1979. In it there is a short item about Captain Kirk aka William Shatner.

Roughly translated it says following:

William Shatner, main charakter from science fiction series "Spaceship Enterprise"
The famous tv-star is convinced that his saviour in 1969 after an motorcycle accident in the Mohave Desert happened because of alien forces. Late 1975 there was a show about it on American television, part of a series about psi-phenomena.

I just did a search on Youtube and found this:

Shatner denies it, but what was the story at that time? Does anyone have the original broadcast which is mentioned in the Dutch book? And was this broadcast made in cooperation with or with permission from Shatner?

A UFO should stop his motor bike.
Thats what Spielberg showed in 'Encounters.."
Yet he saw none.
But vast areas with few people around must be a UFO hangout.

Either way, I would imagine that William Shatner and the other stars from Star Trek, would also have fans that happen to be aliens. Especially, if these types of programs are part of their own agenda, such as disclosure or disinformation. He will be sorely missed, just as much if not more so when he's gone.

The Star Trek fans can only hope that these aliens have created a REAL Enterprise and Federation Fleet as well as the rest of the technology AND obviously along with cloning these actors replacement bodies to be real heroes as well.

Afterall, it was William Shatner who told his adoring fans to: " Get a life." The aliens may have taken that as a sign to clone him

And to add: I challenge William Shatner as well as the other surviving cast members of Star Trek, to go under a complete evaluation to search for clues of abductions, such as implants, scoop marks and genome history to possibly prove, such as the body of William Shatner now occupies, isn't already a clone.

Shatner is notorious for his bizarre sense of humor and pranks. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if that's what he was doing with the producers of One Step Beyond.

Just when I think theres nothing new in UFOs you post this OP! Wow what a title William Shatner Saved By Aliens in 1969. After seeing that I just had to read your thread.

Well after watching the video Im not really sure. Hes either telling the truth and that he said it as a joke or he is actually hiding the truth as it would just look too silly that Captain Kirk was saved by aliens!!

What ever its a nice find
