Hey, ATS-ers!

I've seen it many times on here where people joke about perhaps "spending too much time on ATS" if you know what I mean.

Well, I am not sure if it's that or if I have a legitimate reason to feel so scared.

Yes, that's right I said I am scared.
Mostly I get scared at night, and this is kind of new thing for me. Now, I am really paranoid.

Call it my flight-or-fight response, but I am very fearful at the thoughts of: fish-people randomly coming into my house, reptilians wanting to brainwash/eat me, and having the possibility of being abducted at any time (by possibly nice Aliens or reptilians in disguise).

Aaah, now I feel like I am talking crazy talk, and I wouldn't dare share these concerns with other people cause they'd find a label in the DSM and lock me up, most likely.

I still would like Aliens to come to our planet...the nice ones that is.

Uhh, I just don't know what to think anymore. I feel so vulnerable.
And such a human because I choose to think this, I guess you could say, and I am full of fear.

Reality is an illusion...

So should there be reason for me to feel this way? Or do I just need to settle down and stop going insane?

Nopes, cause your soul is no difference from that Alien's soul.

We are all one in the same.

Don't worry about anything. Aliens tend not to want anything to do with people who are looking for them.

It really baffles me to think that aliens could possible be nice. That is like the Mayans or Indians saying "I would really like the nice white people to come to our land." If you are that advanced, and travel that far, you are doing it for one thing....To conquer undiscovered lands or....planets.

Do you really think Aliens would love to join hands with us and sing Kumbya?

Thank you, this eases my tenseness.

In my mind, yes.

I want to hug em' and sing Kumbaya with them and dance to MJ songs.

uuuh, again...
I just don't know what to think anymore.

This site has certainly turned my world upside down.
From someone who was just kind of interested...I am now seeing so many things...some things maybe I didn't want to see/think about.

The only crazy thing that has really happened to me since joining ATS, would be, I would say, the first legitimate OBE experience that I have ever had. Other then that, no real crazy alien encounters, both in terms of UFO's and Beings. I will also say however, that my initial experience with this site was not very enjoyable, sort of overwhelmed, but now it is my stomping ground. Stick with it buddy!

Since I have been reading here (long before I actually got an account), I have gotten so fricken paranoid! I'm even paranoid about stuff I don't even believe in. I actually find it sort of funny because I've always been known as the fearless one in the family. I just don't have a healthy sense of fear. Lately though, I wake up in the middle of the night... something I have done my whole life, but now I scan the room for aliens that are waiting to take me away, he he.
I'll also wiggle my fingers or toes just to make sure that I haven't been paralyzed by some unseen entity that is getting ready to abduct me. Earlier, I was in the shower and was thinking about how easy it would be for the government to poison our water supply. My internet has been slow for the last few days and I just knew it was because TPTB was monitoring my every move online. And the list goes on. None of this used to EVER cross my mind. Despite these crazy thoughts though, I think it's kind of funny and I laugh at myself. I never take myself too seriously.

They say ignorance is bliss.... maybe, but I'd rather not be a blissful sheeple, he he.
I like ATS even though it makes me a paranoid, crazy person.

Thank you all very much for your understanding.

I appreciate that. Really.

I try to not take myself too seriously. I find I am laughing at myself more and more.
But, this site is definitely overwhelming. That's the key word right there, and there should be a warning indicating this. lol

I try to figure out what feels like truth, wishful thinking, and what is HOAX or something trying to scare me...etc.
This is hard to do, but at least I am more aware than ever (as if I wasn't already).
Though now my alerts might be going off at the wrong time. lol They're on hyper-drive.

You're sane.

It's just that ATS has opened another level of "possibilities" that may occur.

There is no DHS van parked down your street. Just the cable guy.

Midnight noises? Just the house settling.

Life hasn't changed for you, just the awareness has grown.

Relax. Being human is fun. If it weren't, they why would so many aliens do it for a lark?

Think about it this way.

There is no possible way for you to determine if ANYTHING is the truth, due to the fact that you are limited to your OWN experience.

So anything that you decide is untrue in your reality, will probably not manifest itself if that thought is strong enough.

Likewise for the opposite. I don't think you have to worry my friend, the info can be overwhelming. But like most things, ATS is a small truth wrapped in a giant lies.

I know how you feel. Earlier this year, around late January, February, early March, I was acting the same way. I mean that completely seriously. It started because I renewed my reading of all these topics like astral this, alien that, reptilian abductions, and on and on. Before I was really afraid, I just suddenly started to feel things.

I would walk into a room and stop as if I'd walked into a solid shadow. I would feel presences. I felt a phantom hand on my shoulder while I was fully awake, strange pressure on my chest and so on. It was so disconcerting. I kept on reading way too much about alternative topics anyway, though. And just got loopier by the day
The Fear really got to me after a while and I slept less and less, and my eyes darted around like all day and all night like I thought a reptilian demon ghost shadow being was going to just walk through the walls. Mind you, I was going out with friends and posting on my blog and surrounded by my family so I wasn't just holed up in a dank basement.

Then I stopped reading so much, expunged the fear. Remembered all the positive things that are easy to forget and the fear faded away like magic. It was so weird. I actually started thinking I was crazy-ish. Anyway, the thing to remember is that fear is an illusion within an illusion and there is nothing to be afraid of, etc. And like get away from the computer and go bake some cookies or something!

*sigh of relief*

Thank you all once again.

I really should get out more. lol
Being cooked up by my lonesome is bound to cause problems.

I know that when I usually do get out, lots of my fears vanish.

I am glad to be much more aware of all the possibilities of what's out there. I am sure ATS would be overwhelming for any individual.

I am grateful that I am not alone in going through a bit of paranoia related to the topics on this site.

You guys are awesome!

man, those "presences" arn't just aliens, they're demonic beings. Fear comes from satan, it is not just an "illusion" as some people say.

Reptilians are not aliens, they are a class of demons that can take physical form. To get rid of the fear, you need to turn to Christ. These are dark times in the world, and they will only get wierder and scarier. Surrender to Christ to overcome the forces of evil before they overcome you. Then call on the name of Jesus to send any evil spirits away.

Even fear can be a positive thing, it makes you aware and if you can overcome your fears you can (as a person) expand. It is unforgiving, if you give in to you fears your persona will shrink, either sink or learn how to swim.

The best about irrational fear is that there is truly nothing to worry about. It is quite another thing if you're in a warzone and have a very real fear of getting killed and despite this fear confront the enemy each time, being in a comfortable zone you have an oppertunity to simulate and try over and over again.

For a simple example, suppose you've got a fear of rejection and this prevents you from meeting and getting to know new people. If you're too scared to confront this fear you'll likely wither away. If you chose to confront it you'll get rejected, you'll meet people who will not like you but if you do overcome your fears you can become a stronger person because no one can get you down anymore.

There you go right there! That's the truth.

I like to think of it this way. When the abnormal becomes normal, then, when the abnormal happens you are less likely to go stark raving mad like the average sheeple would.

I tell myself "anything is possible".

But you can take the fear factor away by accepting that you are an immortal soul, having a temporary ride in your physical shell. You'll go on and on and on - no matter what happens

if these "nice" aliens come to earth they would probably know the consequences of human greed, it's bleeping up our planet, simplest solution erradicate the human race, and i cant say i have to disagree, look at the bigger picture, this planet can sustain life, its a jewel in the universe, as far as we can see with our big telescopes and sattelites there has been absolutely no discovery of extraterrestrial life on "that" planet. wich tells me 1 thing, life is precious and rare, life has to remain existant, erradicate 1 species to save millions, sounds like a plan to me..

helping? why? weapons are cheaper

Being afraid of theoretical malevolent things is a tad extreme, but it doesn't make you crazy at all. Wanting to dance with aliens while singing kumbaya and MJ is definitely crazy though. That thought is exremely disturbing.

Do not let that which frightens you get you down. Always keep a positive attitude.

It's too easy to frown. Find a reason to smile every chance you can.

When you find yourself afraid of things, and you are not sure why, it's a good sign.

It means you're closer to the Truth than you think.

One Love

I suppose that is right if it is the right wing Republican colonialist alien verity.

Projection is a fine thing...

I project that in order to survive and develop to such a point; such a race would have to be very curious, knowledge driven and peaceful enough endure their own terrestrial
quarrels and cannibalism.

OP don't worry, fear of that sort shows that you are not dead inside.Face it, wander about the house and circle the premises everytime you suspect a deviant creature is afoot. The more you do it the more your mind will realize the fear is unnecessary.
