Background on moon base whistle-blowers

Does anyone here have or been privy to information about Donna Hare or Sgt. Karl Wolfe? (seen in video)... I know that this one is credited to Jose, but I have heard their testimony several times in other places, whether it was the same recorded speech of Ms Hare I dunno, but I know Wolfe has been on Coast to Coast and have seen vids of him sharing same story at conferences, etc. Are they bonafide or just part of the carpet baggery? Any clue? Havent seen anything on UFO watchdog...?

I dont believe either of them , same old problem nice story but nothing to back it up , IMHO they have jumped on the disclosure Project bandwagon to grab a bit of glory , I would like to believe them as I think that there are structures on the Moon , but with nothing to back up there stories they just dont do it for me.
