i'm very skeptical of this video, but i do agree with some of the first comments, why show a video you know that looks so fake?

maybe it is really to boost the sale of his books.. i guess any PR is good PR.


ABC did another coverage a few days ago on close encounters, featuring stories from abductees.. did anyone catch this?

I wish I could say this video was a disappointment... but being familiar with Mr. Romanek's history... it fits right in there with the rest of the rubbish.

Not even remotely believable... and par for the course.

I'm skeptical of the video too (i actually LOL when it popped up and down), but the odd, playful behavior of the creature does fit a pattern.

Many ET's/UFO seem to be playing with the viewer. peek a boo behind clouds, racing aircraft, changing formations. Whatever they are, they seem to have a mischievous sense of humor.

As someone who has been a victim of the "abduction scenario" his entire life i can say first hand that webcam/camcorders are only a "temporary" relief and almost never catch anything on film. i've set up a webcam in my room that was linked to my computer the next day after what i believed may have possibly been another abduction i attempted to check my cam just to find out that my computer, which had been running when i went to sleep was mysteriously turned off.

so i borrowed a hand held cam set it up to face my bed, started my computer with the webcam active. there was no event for several nights. at 1:16 am my computer shut off for no reason, i know this because it wasn't a power outage, all the digital clocks in the house still had the correct time. at 1:17 you could clearly see me stand up with my eyes closed shuffle across the room and shut off the digital camera.

watching this video i can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is fake. there is only two separate events in my life where i was ever under full control of my body while i've been in the presence of the "surgeons". they go thru a great deal of time and effort to continue the "abduction scenario" unhindered. if a surgeon was ever bold enough to play peek-a-boo outside my window i sure as hell wouldn't be watching him with a camera, i'd be outside snapping his neck and making them pay for the damage they have done to me.

I've seen it several times before and still dont know what to believe of it.

Have never seen Aliens like that, so I just have no clue.

If it's fake it dang good (and we have seen dang good fakes but.........)

The "arm length is spot on" the features are correct in the hall picture I would have wished this Being had moved out a little further to see his fingers and movement but hey..... If he truly got these pictures it's because they allowed him to be able to have them and keep them and there is a reason for that.

Only Stan and his wife know what is what and I will go with this is truth until proven without a shadow of a doubt it is faked.

Maybe time will tell until then........................

I don't think you can say this is fake beyond a shadow of the doubt just because you have been abducted all your life, if you are an abductee you have an idea how this works and I would think if you had a bad experience with a Human Surgeon and he did something you didn't like that you would realize that all Surgeons are not like that..... and you wouldn't want to go out and kill them all. If an Alien Being does something you do not like I would think if you meant another Alien Being it would be an unjustice to harm it or kill it because you had a bad experience with another.

These Beings know how hostile Humans can be and they need to use control for there own safety. I don't know what they did to you but I do know many times there is a "mis"understanding and they might really be helping you and that it ones fear that ....................

Whether Alien or Human just because one does something bad it does not make "all" of either species bad.

The Surgeons I know of that are not Human only do good things but I don't expect you to believe that.

You would have to be a idiot to believe this video .Aliens would not need to look though someones window to tell if anyone was inside or not.They have more advanced methods of looking in peoples houses like advanced clairvoyance and remote viewing abilities.The aliens would laugh at this one if they could laugh.A smile will do thank you.

I just watched the ABC documentary that focused strongly on Stan Romanek.

I tried to have a positive mindset about him.

However he does not look or sound truthful to me.

Some parts of the interviews with him were almost "cringe" material.

I was surprised.......I expected better.

I think he is perpetrating a long-standing hoax, to fill personal & financial "holes" in his life.

I apologise to Mrs Romanek (Stanswife) if she's reading this & thinking I am sounding very rude.

I disagree, I believe it is stanswife that is here and why would he do this to his three children?

I think they are looking for answers just as many abductee's are and also people that just believe they saw a UFO.

Now, one thing I have Observed here while on ATS is that many members are way to quick at discrediting especially when it comes to Aliens and UFO's.

As with everything time will tell. I can only hope that if this is still happening to this family that they can gather more information but I would not blame them for not sharing because it seems there is rudeness not respect shown and as I see it you can investigate in a mature respectful manner instead of ......................

Remember innocent until proven quilty or is that so yesterday.

The way it popped up and down did it for me, it was far too cheesy and "comedic", it looked like it was on a stick being pushed and pulled by someone kneeling down.

And i agree it would come from/look in from the side if it was curious instead of crawling under the window then standing up in the middle of it to see in.

Stan Romaneck is a hack! This guy waited all this time to release this footage and sell a book? I mean cmon he is a publicity stunt he wants your money. He discredits amd shames all those if this field of UFO's.

Spoken like a true believer little or nothing!!! Until you have all of the details of what we have endured over the past nine years, I do not think it is appropriate for you to spout your lies. We have taken that kind of abuse from people who have no other motive than to stear people away from the truth!!! What do they call that...disinformation?

I persoanlly am glad you are here spouting it however, these people are smart, and will not listen to lies without a little back up...right ya'll. They wont even take my word that I am Stan's wife, they want proof of that, some to protect me from damaging comments, others so that they can have faith that it is me, still not knowing if what I say is the truth, but secure that I am who I say.
