Why do you say those lights are "in the sky"?
Those lights are on the ground, and your video shows that. Why did you waste your time/our time posting videos that show nothing? Seriously.
Explain yourself.
"explain myself" lol
If you saw the pics and also the video you would see that it was not on the ground. If you took the time to look at the pics you would see that the light is no where near the horizon line. It's way above it.
You are wasting my time with your moronic comment that its on the ground. Thanks, move along.
Oh, my apologies! You were talking about that light from an aircraft about 25 miles away?! Sorry for mistaking that aircraft in your video for what you thought was a UFO. My bad. I forgot that was a no-fly-zone and that human aircraft could in no possible way be flying in the area.
Funny too, because from your description you said the light "seemed to be following me", which is exactly what a distant light from an approaching aircraft would seem to do: follow you.
And you admit to becoming so emotional about this light that you cried? And you told your girlfriend this? LOL - if I were you I'd be more worried about what your girlfriend is thinking of you now than some distant light in the sky.

Thanks for your thorough & patient approach to your posting of your info, D.Gribble.
I have looked at your videos & photos & I have read all of your commentary.
I am finding it difficult to draw to many detailed conclusions from your video's. Although I can clearly understand which lights are the subject of your discussion, I am finding it difficult to see those lights as anything other than "fuzzy" point light sources. I am using a very good PC & monitor with which to view them.
If I am to hazard a guess at a prosaic cause for the lights, I would have to guess at reasonably distant planes flying in your direction (& sometimes veering away from you & then back towards you). It is self evident there are arguments against this.
There have been a number of threads showing this sort of thing (i.e. planes flying towards the viewer), albeit the appearance has only looked a "little" like your videos & photos.
Beyond that & without clearer videos & pictures, those are my only thoughts.

I went out to that stretch of road just now, to pinpoint where I saw it, so I can give better details. There was nothing even close to what I saw. I took some photos of the spots this night to show that the there is no air traffic where it was and that it was not a street light or stop light.
I was also contacted by MUFON and am speaking to an arizona field investigator at the moment.

I think it would be interesting to see some clearer day / night shots of that location, if you've taken them.
It would also be interesting to hear any comments from the MUFON investigator.

Just to confirm.......
I saw all of your previous photos.
Are you saying the photos you have just linked to are all new photos from your "sighting" area?

DGribbles,
Hi! Never posted to a Aliens thread before. It usually gets heated and turns into a ... well, a thread of people displaying attitudes I wish I didn't have to see/read. So I don't. Ya know? =)
There was some of that in this thread, but I thought you and a few other posters did a really admirable job of responded calmly and not letting that take the thread over. I especially appreciated you 'legit' thread comment.
I don't know what you saw, probably never will. That, I think is part of what makes these things so frustrating for everyone. But you did see something. You didn't post claiming you had ultimate 'proof'. You didn't post saying you had any answer. You just shared your information, very thoroughly. I really, really appreciate that!
Have a great day. I hope you find out more. (If you want to.) Oh, yeah, absolutely ignore the snarky comments putting you down for getting emotional. Women worth having value a man who can admit to having feelings. I would have been bouncing around like a ball of silly putty myself!
Thanks again,
~prep

If you lived here you might have a chance at tricking people into thinking your argument is valid. I have lived here my whole life, traveled on that road thousands of times since my childhood and have never seen that. Also, air traffic doesnt come from there, the air traffic is NE and is very obvious because they're tiny dots of light, not huge glowing things disappearing and reappearing at different altitudes. But I guess you wouldnt know that since you have no idea what you're talking about in the first place. Go track down your red stapler, Milton.[edit on 16-8-2009 by D.Gribble]

My father told me of a night in W. Pa as he was driving to my grandmother's house in the country. He was with his girlfriend, my stepmother, at the time. They both saw the same lights you were talking about, although these stayed with them... He turned off his lights to rule out reflections from the lights of the car, and they were still there. Not a single bit of traffic on the road, but them. The lights had to be within 200 ft of the car, because those roads were small and surrounded by old forest and mountainous terrain. Just as they appeared, they disappeared.
My grandmother wasn't home, yet. So they parked the car along the road in her front yard. They were talking about the lights and how uneasy they had felt. A sudden loud bump was heard on the car, which was felt by both of them as it rocked the car a bit. Dad was scared, but he turned on the lights and got out of the car with a flashlight. Couldn't find anything. Then, shining the flashlight on the car, he spotted a fresh dent in the door panel that looked like it was made with two square pieces of metal about 1 to 2 inches square, each. The imprint had chipped the paint and bare metal was seen around the edges of the imprint where the metal was bent the sharpest. The centers of the imprints were perfectly flat, not bowed like a normal 'hit' would be. I remember seeing these imprints the next day, and that dad was more than a little upset about them.
Haven't thought about that in decades. Looking back, I'm wondering if something wasn't attached to the car and decided to 'go home', and 'jumped off' the car?
It wasn't the first time things like this happened. Butler County has some really strange phenomena that would probably make many folks gets the shudders right down to the bone.
I thought I would add this because it seemed relevant. Back in those days the video camera wasn't an option.
