Dissolving an established republic can be a real doozy if you don't properly plan for the event. Removing the rights of the masses and installing a new system of government can get pretty messy with a simple run-of-the-mill coup d'état and isn't going to work out most of the time, especially if the country is a Super Power. Preparation must start decades in advance and in the end it should appear to have happened because of the will of the people, at least long enough to install the new protocol for for policing the citizens. So if your not ready for some real psychological warfare this project may not be for you.

It is important that you gain control of the media and are able to influence all aspects of pop culture. Apply all knowledge about influences on the human psyche to mind f'ing the public. Inject countless contradictions into the social conscience. If you do this right, the rest of the project should go quite smoothly.

Quietly consolidate the wealth, make sure those who are the benefactors of this consolidation are willing participants in your project. Make them offers they can't refuse, stay rich and get richer or die. Now use your influence over the elite mega rich folks to make your moves on the public through the corporations they own. By rewarding these people with political positions, you will soon have plenty of insiders who have no idea about the master plan. After a few decades the cream of the crop will rise and these individuals will be your most important players. As they will be your high ranking cabinet officials when the time comes to roll out the old. If properly directed these players will have laid seeds all threw out the government in their many years of government service.

Now that your players are in position time for the biggest assault on the public thus far. You will have to remove certain liberties they once had. This will serve as both diversion and obstacle for any group looking to make a stand. In order to do this the people will have to believe that their lives and liberties are in danger by a foreign danger. A large terrorist attack will work just fine. Soon after in the name of safety, you should be able to remove many of the constitutional rights swiftly and with little attention.

Now the next part doesn't require any planning really. It's time to go to war against those who are perceived to have perpetrated the terrorist attack. It's a good idea that there isn't a real enemy in the beginning otherwise they could surrender and you don't want that when your starting a perpetual war. The war will serve many purposes. You will be able to siphon money out of the countries wealth with uncontrolled war spending and creating business for your fellow conspirators. Also while you already have most of the public in a trance on the psychological front, some of the people people will need additional diversions and war is good for that. An important bi product of your campaign is that you can identify those who question the legitimacy of the war. These same people may question your actions later. So it's a good idea call these people morons and idiots on the public stage, works every time.

By now the people are so clueless to the truth, they are unable to formulate rational plans to organize any resistance. So lets pull the rug out now. After years of decay because of government regulations, insurance company debauchery, and pharmaceutical corporations profit rape, the health care coverage cost is too high for most. This is a good time to introduce the people to some of the new aspects of the new government you wish to install with your new plan for health care reform. You will have the consent of the majority of the citizens, because you are promising them longer and more fulfilling lives (government control health care). Few will see the long term affects of imposing such a system. By now the people are conditioned to want results at broadband speeds and will choose the quick fix health care reform you offer them. It is very important that the new health care reform doesn't allow for any choice and here is why: You will require employers to carry the government insurance plan for all employees, even part-timers. This will break the remaining privately owned businesses, paving the way for the government to come in with the corporations and place everything under state control, but that's a little later and will happen naturally. What is important is that you can now use health care to control the people. People will conform and accept your new conditions for citizenship to assure health coverage and priority over others.

At this point the trouble-makers will make themselves visible and can be dealt with a thousand different ways, so be creative! Remember though, your going to want to make a good example of them.

Well your new super-society is well underway. Of coarse you can add your own little twist along the way, just have fun with it. Now that your in total control, you can really dazzle things up. I like really fancy futuristic uniforms for my minions, but that's just preference. There is still one more thing you will need to do and that is trim off some population. A bio terror attack works good for me. I find it's good to remind the people that someone is still out there to hurt them. The attack will allow you tighten up control all the while trimming your society into a streamlined machine. You should trim your population regularly. A pandemic here, food shortages, random genocide, it's really up to you. If you can maintain a good Zero Growth policy, the need for population reduction practices can later be eliminated.

Or they want us to know it would be bloody and violate because it's their will.

Well I'm sure they learned a lot from Hitler and his mistakes, but I'm afraid that Hitler never had such a grandiose plan.

I'm convinced that we are programed to malfunction through daily conditioning. Example: We have the most information ever to be known available for consumption sitting in front of us now. Yet rather than further our knowledge of the sciences, history, mathematics, or any number of things that can make us better humans we converse in a conspiracy chat room. I'll admit we are likely to be the ones furthering our understanding of the world when not discussing topics here. But imagine those out there who spend there time looking up sports stats, watching viral videos, writing on peoples Facebook walls, reading TMZ, spanking to porn, playing World of Warcraft, or voting for the cutest kitten at Kittenwars.com. You would think that with this magic book of knowledge called the internet society would be evolving so fast and people's general knowledge would be increasing exponentially.

So when everything around us is full of contradictions and all societal systems malfunction, we expect it... Never mind, there's an American Idol update on TV now...must watch.
