I have been contacted by MUFON's rapid response team. I will be meeting with them tonight to discuss the case.

You should point out this thread. Clicky

The OP talks about hearing the sounds of whatever went on and another talks about a radio program that took a call regarding this incident. You may also point out the occurrence in Russia last year. In investigation every little bit helps!

Well, well, well. You guys won't believe this. I just finished my meeting with the MUFON investigators. They called and talked to the general manager of 97.9 The Beat, and he said that "nothing happened". I said "what do you mean? what did they say?" He said the manager denied that there were ever any calls made to the station.
What we need is witnesses on I-20 that saw it and called in, and ANYONE who heard the broadcast. The investigators are desparate for people that heard the calls. They have no idea what is in the photos, but it is not like anything they've seen before.
How do we find these people? I sent a u2u to the OP of the original post
"landing on i20", because he heard the broadcast. Hopefully he will u2u me soon so I can ask him to call the # they gave me.
FYI, one of the guys drove up from Houston just to investigate this, so let's not drop the ball. Are you guys with me?

Interesting. I'm wondering, did anyone figure out where this convoy was going? What about police logs, did anyone look into them?

From Texas DMV:
Oversized Loads
Over length, over width, and/or over weight loads
require special transit permits. Driving is usually limited to
certain times. Special equipment may be necessary such as
"wide load" signs, flashing lights, flags, etc. Such loads may
require a police escort or pilot vehicles bearing warning
signs and/or flashing lights. These special loads require
special driving care.

Obviously this was an oversized load. It doesn't say where to get these permits but it must be posted somewhere.

Found something in the same document:

Special Permits. If you wish to haul a load or move equip-
ment that is heavier, longer, wider, or higher than the law
allows, you must obtain a special permit from the Texas Department of Transportation. A permit will not be granted if
the load can reasonably be dismantled.

I'm guessing it's for an upcoming movie. Seems staged and showy... if it were just oversized parts, the entourage of sinister looking unmarked white vehicles wouldn't be there, and if it were really something top secret, as mentioned in earlier posts, it most likely would be at the very least covered with a tarp. As far as the shutting down of the highway goes, they did something similar here in Chicago for the filming of the Batmobile chase scene for Batman Returns... not uncommon at all [Blues Bros. too].

But just maybe...

edit: I also tried e-mailing 97.9 "The Beat"... and also received an "undeliverable" response. I'll bet they had to shut their e-mail down due to the flood of traffic.

It looks like the Gravitron to me, a ride seen at carnivals that spins on a central axis with the centrifugal forces causing people on the ride to be pressed against the inside walls. - en.wikipedia.org...

Another case of government suppressing aliens and UFOs. When will the truth will ever be revealed?
Back on topic, I actually think it makes more sense to not cover it than to cover. If it's not covered, people will be speculating and guessing. If it was covered, then most people would know it was real.

interesting, thanks for the heads up!
i too think it makes more sense to leave it in plain sight...and maybe it's just part of the slow disclosure...but if what you say about the radiostation is true..sounds fishy...exactly like any government cover-up...keep us updated!

The Lockheed F-22 is manufactured in Fort Worth, Texas.

I strongly suspect that some component relating to a Lockheed aircraft program was being transported.

I also suspect that some aspect of usual procedure was violated and people are getting in trouble about it.

It's just a wide load being transported at night with a police escort, it happens hundreds of times every day around the world.

Yes, it does. And they also block intersections etc to allow wide loads through.

Weird about the radio station not being allowed to replay the audio, though.

Its a cargo load of some description being towed on a truck. they dont look like police cars, more like caution vehicles escorting for wideload logistics.......

The video from Russia with the UFO Convoy was auctually just an aquarium for a zoo being built... or so they tell us.
Not sure what's true, but if it was a UFO, why was it out in the open for everyone to see?

Or, if they left it uncovered, why not take another road, not such a populated one?

Besides, airplanes could carry entire space shuttles, why didn't they transport the UFO on top of an airplane?

Or maybe it's true that taking it out in the open, uncovered, will make people think it's fake. This could be real footage of a real UFO being taken to a base.

Upon reading i thought maybe it was some sort of public stunt. Who just drives a UFO down the road without even attempting to cover it?

Like i said in the other thread when this was actual, the best way to hide something is to do it in plain sight.

If its real, and they dont cover it so everybody could see it, then people will say exactly what you say, "If it was a real ET craft they would not have transported it in plain sight, so it must be fake or a movie item or whatever.

Well, let me tell you this. If it really was fake, and it is something for a museum, movie, conference or whatever, wouldnt it be transported in a container or whatever? in something so it cant be damaged or get stolen?

If i was in power and i didnt want the common folks to know this was a real et craft, i would have transported it exactly this way. Uncovered and in plain sight. Why? because no one expects it to be transported like this. You always have people that think or believe it is real anyway, but this way that number would be the least.

They did a good job, but the police patrol and the police and black car escorte give them away. This is the real deal. They just tried to cover it up with inversed logic
