Why am I more sensible late at night?

Does anyone have a reason why my spelling and vocabulary are better very late at night than during the day? I have also noticed I tend to talk about "deep", metaphysical type things more when it is 1AM as opposed to during the day when I mainly talk about television programs or music or trivial affairs. I know nothing about psychology but I was wondering if it was because my subconcious is more active at nights than during the day?

I tend to do that too. I am not sure why but I have always attributed it to the fact that late at night I tend to be around less people and have an opportunity to think more deeply. My grammar and spelling tends to be a bit better as well because I am able to pay attention much more. During the day, for me anyway, there is just more distraction, and I am not as able to become philosophical or spell correctly.
