I actually started another thread about this, but too late, oh well...

However, here's an edited view of my comments, some of which (shut UP, Kerry!) echo the feelings of some on this thread. There's also a few points that correct misconceptions that Kerry will not let go of and which some of the other posters seem to think is Greer's position.

His attempts to awaken PC to the nuances of what he had to say fell on deaf ears.

First... Kerry Cassidy really needs to learn to shut the hell up.

No matter what you think of Steven Greer, you can't help feeling sympathy for him when the arch-interrupter starts talking over him again and again. I can't bear to hear someone like her trying to outwit or out-talk Greer. It's worse than embarrassing.

Greer actually made sense, in so far as he was allowed to do by the hectoring harridan.

Greer seems to have made a mis-step in that in his recent address to the Barcelona Exopolitics conference, in that he apparently said, "There are no bad ETs."

Most of the interview is Kerry trying to beat him over the head with this statement while trying to attack and deflect his explanations. His position is more complex than that.

Greer's polition in a nutshell

The military long ago learned to clone beings from the Roswell ETs, and any sinister abductions are done with these "PLFs" (programmable life forms). The real ETs are all "good".

I put the word "good" in quote marks because Greer's trying to move away from good/evil polarities about ETs. His angle is that if the public can be persuaded that there are "bad" ETs. it will be easy to sell the idea of interplanetary war.

Greer is convinced, from his experiences and contacts, that although we've had interstellar tech for several years now, we're not allowed to use it. Species are not allowed to travel until they've achieved peace.

All the sinister and frightening contacts are done by the military, who may target people who've been contacted by genuine ETs in order to confuse them.

Can't Bill Ryan just get rid of Kerry?

Kerry just can't let go of what she heard on stage, and even though Greer amplifies his statement, she persists in conflating his perspective with a much more "lovey-dovey" view, and saying that it's "insidious" and "dangerous". A calmer head could have made her points more concisely and far more politely. She can't even get basic facts straight, but is happy to lay down the law about things she later has to admit are not certain.

At one point she tries to bolster her point by saying, "We've got whistelblower testimony saying this" to which Greer comes back with "so have we [saying the opposite thing]... what ya gonna do?"

Greer, to me at least, comes across pretty well.

Kerry, at one point, says that one of their new whistleblowers is saying that "there's around 10 months of food left before it runs out, and another 3-4 years' worth of oxygen - "I don't know if this is down to the minute, or whether it's more vague than it was stated to me..."

Greer's best point

He consistently warns against having an anthropomorphic perspective on ET motivations... having made that point several times, he has to make it again when Bill Ryan uses the analogy of modern civilisation contacting primitive tribes. This, as we know, doesn't usually end well... but again, it's anthropomorphic.

I believe this is the primary reason Kerry has so much power over Bill. We all know what it's like.. as guys we are all lured by it, more often than not, to our detriment.

Others (I think Michael St Clair) floated the idea that she is possessed by a Reptilian being or something to that effect. He saw something in her aura once. Regardless how wacky the explanation is, it's obvious who wears the pants in that relationship!

Eh? I guess.. if 8+ pages of posts calling them both tools is the kind of publicity they were going for.. ya we all totally fell right into their trap there bud.

I would have to say that I believe what Dr Greer had to say from my own experience in life.
And it is hasn't been all fun, as I do Security work for a living and I have found that 98% or people are co-operative and want to just go about their business earn a bit of money have a bit of fun etc.etc etc.
The other 2% usually find themselves in Mental institutions or in Jail before too long anyway.
So to have peace one must be at peace within oneself.
therefore what you believe you will perceive and then experience in your reality.

I don`t think it`s a stunt. Any interview or debate with Greer gets huge publicity and they didn`t knew until the very last minute that they get Greer to talk to them.

this was an opportunity to get some publicity and the arguing over good and bad nonsense is a waste of time. are we closer to the truth from this interview ? what did the ufo community gain from this ?

imo nothing we didn't already have on our own.

Greer's stage performance is a classic sales routine. i know this from experience. i have studied sales tactics and have used them myself in the past, so trust me when i tell you he is selling to you.

i got out of the sales game years ago because it was a lucrative but dishonest living and to this day i still feel bad about it.

will Greer ever have reconciliation with himself over this ? i don't know

if you want to believe him go right ahead it's your prerogative but don't say nobody warned you.

At this point (been there for a while), about the only three things I care for are more high-level whistleblower testimonies and press conferences (such as the Disclosure Project) and mass corroborated sightings. Everything else seems like fluff material to me - especially individual sightings and anecdotes. Online videos of sightings rank at the very bottom of a huge list.

Hi guys, I too used to be an avid follower of Project Camelot, their interviews were very informative and thought provoking with interviewees who were not the norm. Unfortunatley their collective ego is now running the show and as such has compleley ruined what was a very interesting site. Bill and Kerry are both guilty of overpowering the people they are suppossed to be interviewing and almost harrasing them, the last video i watched was Bob Dean at the Barcelona conference, he is a very charming man dont quite know what to make of him but hey ho. Towards the end of the video Kerry frog marches Henry Deacon on stage and almost hijacks the conference, she then is forced, by Henry Deacon, to relinquish the microphone so he could actually speak to the crowd. She has gone as far as asking for a band for the upcoming Awake and Aware conference so she can sing ( i use this term VERY VERY loosley) to the crowd.

Whether u agree or disagree with Dr Greer or not, I think u have to conclude that this was a very unprofessional interview. First the mudslinging on Kerry's blog, and now the endless adversarial interruptions and debates by Camelot. WHAT HAPPENED!? PC used to be a source to rely upon for unbiased info.

I predict a public apology either on video or blog, little of which will do much good at this point....

I don't think people who take this stuff seriously would admit it, but this is just turning into something between Reality TV and WWF.

Conflict between personalities spurs interest. Sides are taken, heroes and villains emerge.


They have nothing to sell, really. So have to put on some kind of show.
And again, do people over 10 years old believe the stories from these losers of contact with various alien races from different time periods.

Even people who go to comic book conventions know the difference between reality and the fantasy fiction.

None of this has anything to do with UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Just generating and maintaining audiences.

How much do people spend a year on this stuff?

I would respectfully disagree with you on account that up until now, Project Camelot has garnered the bulk of it's audience on being an unbiased format where 'witnesses' can come foreword and share their info without much resistance. The recent interview with Dr. Greer is uncharacteristically out of alignment with their philosophy. It is also the only interview they have where the format is this way. PC's audience was anything but dwindling before this interview. Such a move for ratings would make no sense to me.

Well one of two things...

A) It became all about the money and living a jet set life style touring the world ( a couple weeks stay for a few hours interview)

or

B) They were all 'compromised'

I supported PC and DP from the beginning expecting great things... the reward for patience being a circus side show...

Toss in the fact that Sgt Wolf claims to have worked at Langley and saw the LO images in 1965 when they didn't even fly till 1966-67 and the fact he says the images were brought by the NSA to Langley on 35mm film when the original images were on 70mm film that crashed on the Moon, and the video scans were put onto 16x20 sheet negatives (I have some as well as the original images stamped 1968)....

Toss in the latest from Bob Dean where he says Nibiru is coming either 2013 or 2017 when even Sitchin says 2900 AD... and his latest presentation showing the Airport Terminal on Mars (without giving ANY source info)...

Toss in the new kid on the block Nassim Haramein who claims to be a Physicist and tells us that the Comet NEAT C3 (NEAT (C/2002 V1)) was in fact Nibiru... further claims no one told us about it (despite it being all over the web) and info is hard to find (Yeah right, SOHO, NASA even the NRL)...

No personal disrespect intended. I have my own back history as far as investigation of UFOs goes.

This new realm where people like Greer, Burisch, Decon - just casually mention what the aliens have to say, their politics, long term goals, etc - is just outrageous.

Does anyone with half a brain believe these charlatans have ever had any communication with an extraterrestrial?

Contact with another intelligent life form from somewhere else in the universe would be the most significant scientific and cultural breakthrough of all time.

The media, scientists, academics, heads of state, would be all over it.

But we're to believe these clowns are the contacts. They could be multimillionaires and they're shilling to sell tickets?

I'm sorry, this is all carnival.
