Just copy/paste the url in the avatar box in your account settings.

Mine did the same a while back, i've not bothered about it since but i think it's got something to do with having to put pictures in the new media section first. I think.

Hopefully someone can confirm that. Either way, i don't think it's ATS's fault, it's something you as a member won't have done.
