First of all 911 was a bad event for would history, second, take a look at american black ops, or have a look at bowling for columbine by michel moore, it give good insight into the events that leads up to 911, america thinks it can controll the world, well how about let country's decide for themselves what is best for them, insted of just jummping in and sorting it out with aggresion.

To Phoenix: I have said the very same things as you, that over-exposure of these photos would lead to more violence. I have been told that "we have a right to see everything" "Don't try to cover-up", "It's Bush's fault".

How many photos/videos do people need to see? How much GUILTIER can more photos make those soldiers? I was told, "It doesn't matter, we have a right to see them".

Worse treatment than this goes on in our own prison system. Some of those that are calling for the execution of our soldiers have called for the anal rape and shanking of our own citizen-prisoners, right here on ATS. These same people say that Iraqis responsible for throwing other Iraqis off of roofs should be awarded a fair trial, balanced meals, prayer mats, etc. But our own soldiers should be executed.

So that would make america WORSE than saddam hussien. Saddam tortured Iraqi's and so you want America to also, which would make America as bad as Saddam! But, the US has many weapons of mass destruction, whereas Saddam didnt, so the US would be more evil. You ever heard the quote "reigme change begins at home"?

If you mean kill all muslims, its 2 Billion people you have to kill! It might take a while, considering there are muslims in the US also!

One thing many people dont seem to understand (including the us government ) is that AlQueada isnt the problem! If you kill them, another group will amaerge inits place with a hero called AlQueda which it will copy, by lauching more attacks, but bigger and better! If the US didnt support Israel persecuting Palestinians, stealing peoples land and attacking innocent civilians it would no longer be a target! The terrorists arent the problem, US foreign policy is! If America stars plaing fair and lets the UN pass resolutions on Israel, then problems will start to stop for the US. I don't know - I am totally against these terrorists, but more and more I fee that the only way to really affect them is to actually stoop to their level. Use their own tactics on them, and see how they like the torture, pain and suffering. Wake up my friend, if America did not exist who would have ended WWII? I believe we won the cold war, and while Vietnam could have been handled better, the goal was just. The United States has helped far more than they've hurt. And I for one am damn proud to be a citizen of this country.

What happened to this young man today is a tragedy that should not be forgotten or overlooked.

I have to respectfully disagree. This poor man was there to put up antennas for the Free Iraq Radio so that the Iraqi citizens could have radio reception.

He was not in the military or a wartime enemy. This man was a US citizen trying to help the cause of Iraqi democracy.

The only reason he was an enemy to these people is because he was an American. Is that really a good reason to behead someone like a savage?
