Obama Administration takes on....Drudge?

This is getting to be embarrassing. Say what you want about Bush, he didn't go after the media or his critics. This administration is showing its inexperience more and more.

The White House on Tuesday posted a three-minute video punching back at an old clip of President Barack Obama that was featured on the Drudge Report with the headline, “Uncovered Video: Obama Explains How His Health Care Plan Will 'Eliminate' Private Insurance.”

The White House response features Linda Douglass, formerly an ABC News correspondent and now a White House official, showing Drudge’s homepage on the screen of her office computer.

Dan Pfeiffer, the White House deputy communications director, said: “We intend to use a lot of the grassroots viral Internet techniques from the campaign to beat back the campaign of misstatements and outright falsehoods about the president’s efforts to reform health insurance.”

To me this is only the beginning, to fight back against the small part of the media that refuses to report the news based on what the White House instructs them to.

I can't help but have this feeling that any media that doesn't agree with Obama will be forced out soon. We are at the point of no return.

So now quoting Obama himself is a falsehood and misstatement! LOL

Notice that this woman used to be at ABC. She is one of 13 former MSM "journalists" who have moved to the white house.

Specifically, O'Keefe related, her job will be “to help drum up media attention for the Health Care Fraud Prevention and Enforcement Action Team, an HHS-Justice Department task force aimed at combating Medicare and Medicaid fraud.”

My list of journalists who have jumped to the Obama administration -- plus one who traveled through the revolving door from helping the Obama campaign into a news media slot -- is now up to thirteen. Not counting Baskin: Three each revolved through CNN and the Washington Post; two through ABC News; and one each via the Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Newsweek and Time magazine.

I love the part where she claims Obama said you could keep your health care no matter what. Has she forgotten a few weeks ago when Jake Tapped got him to admit, "It wont be the government that forces you off it. It will be your employer".

So basically, its like the Simpsons episode where the pirates put homer and his friends in a net to drop overboard. The pirate informs them that it will not be the pirates that kill them, but the water.


How condescending can you get to sit there as if you know what you're talking about, when its clear that we are much more informed than she is.
