VIDEO: Clinton admits he tried to uncover alien/ufo information - Allude's to Shadow Government

I'm posting this video primarily because Clinton acknowledges that he attempted to get information regarding aliens and ufo's. He stops short of stating that there isn't any information, just that he wasn't allowed access to that information. Also, this in a sense, confirms what Mr. Greer (The Disclosure Project) has stated regarding his meeting with President Clinton.

So while President Bill Clinton was serving our country as President of The United States of America, he was secretly looking for information on Aliens/UFO's and found nothing/was eluded?

Yes. But what is most curious is the validity it adds to Mr. Greer's assertion that he met with Clinton and the CIA director. According to Greer, both Clinton and the CIA director had been blocked access to these files by the some unknown entity that is in control of the technology.

I've been wanting to do something like this lately so I'll try with this video, seems like a good one. The science behind this isn't exactly rock solid, but humans have a general tendency to look certain directions when recollecting sensory information. The basic concept is up for vision, to the side for audio, and down for haptic or internal dialogue. If they look to their left (your right), the memory is supposed to be true, to their right (our left) and they are making it up. Here is a basic explanation

Ha, ok, so below is entirely speculation. I'll take what I know about the above and other psychological cues (I have a degree, though I'll be the first to admit that our results are never as conclusive as the hard sciences). I'm just going to take it as far as I can for the sake of experiment. Hopefully I won't get too crazy. Directions are from our point of view, not his.

P.S. Ok, I wrote a lot but didn't quite hit everything. It may be a bit jumbled but I'll clean it up and post screen caps of certain expressions. Ha, it's a bit more interesting that I may have guessed. Let me know what you think.

0:27.00 :: (Right: True Audio) Listening to question as it is being asked
0:33.00 :: Is told a question he "always wanted to ask" is coming, touches eye, sign of avoidance, blocking view of person who is going to be lied to
0:40.00 :: (Down Left: Haptic) Imaging standing in the oval office, "powerful feeling", also feeling mic with hands.
0:41.00 :: Nods, shows agreement with target of deceit to build rapport
0:45.00 :: Stops moving hands at the mention of "I looked at your desk", this is where the backstory ends and the question begins. Stoppage of movement allows for the highest level of concentration on the question.

His concern is apparent as he oes not change facial expression or body position for 15 seconds.

0:59.00 :: Begins to nod head at the mention of Hoffa, cracks a smile at the mention of Roswell. He is visibly relieved at the ease and subject of the question. He also appears amused by the topics.

1:29.00 :: Repeats open palm trust gesture while stating Roswell, followed by the same "do you remember that?" command from the previous time.
1:30.00 :: At the word "people" begins a motion in one direction, as if to grab the idea or subject
1:31.00 :: Reverses direction and sweeps his hand to signify the statement is true and has been executed (thrown), left to right is his truth direction for this motion, turns head away as he says Roswell again as if to repel from the idea

1:39.00 :: At the mention of "site in Nevada" he makes eye contact again with his hand face down pointing towards the audience at a 45 degree angle. He appears to have primed the location as he did with Roswell.
1:43.00 :: Motions hand down as if to squash the idea of the government having UFO's or aliens underground.
1:46.00 :: Raised eyebrows, head angled down and towards audience
1:48.00 :: When he cites the reason for the Nevada location to be kept a secret, and states "because we didn't want anybody to go there" he touches his mouth, generally a sign of covering a lie that was just told

1:57.00 :: Sweeps his hand from the lower right to upper left, a reverse moment from his previous wipe gesture for Roswell, the previous direction was a true, the reverse is an attempt to make the same wiping symbol, but he gives away it's validity with the direction. When you lie, you wish to show you are open and end with your arm extended, the truth is its own protection and finishes with the arm across the chest. It is secure and safe because it is known.

2:00.00 :: Does not make eye contact, hides from truth. Mentions "Roswell" and "fraud" while pointing down below his center of gravity
2:01.00 :: Restores eye contact on Nevada, shows intent. Makes same palm down gesture associated with Nevada before held up high. It is the opposite of the previous gesture, a distraction, look at this hand, not the other. We hold truth to be high, another attempt to inject truth into a statement.
2:05.00 :: Changes gaze from audience to (Right, Side: True Audio) when he states "there was an alien artifact there", drop in facial expression, deep thought, could be remembering what he was told about alien discoveries at Roswell

I'd like to take a moment to point out that even though the sentence in the above example is denying the possibility of the artifacts, the brain still processes audio a word at a time as it is spoken. Fragments like the above represent an idea, he associates the symbol of alien recovery and the concept that a story is false. Yet his brain, and ours too, see the individual symbols and react. So when his brain processed the concept of an alien artifact being truthfully associated with Roswell, he reacted by externally showing his internal connection to that concept. It appears an audio memory is most strongly correlated to the 'artifact from Roswell' symbol, and by the immediate change in facial demeanor, a very sad and distraught look, it would appear the information was very serious.

When the fragment is finished, his demeanor returns and he makes eye contact with the audience again and smiles, he is back to telling the truth and is happy to be doing so.

Both Bill and his wife were very much into digging up the secrets. But none were found and they pretty much gave up.

i've actually seen Bill speak and got to meet him. from my intuition, and the vibes he gave off, he is a VERY secretive man.

yeah. he said he thinks we need to explore both "into the Earth and beyond the earth" or something like that, toward the end. he did mention like something under the Amazon they discovered at the bottom of the river, but I wonder if it was a Freudian slip from some knowledge of a realm/realms inside the Earth he knows about.

So the Department of Defense can keep information from the commander in chief? This brings up the question as to who really is in command.

Whoa, I didn't catch this the first time through but listen to him starting around 5:07 until 5:32...

He says he thinks that people as young as thirty, may get to see life from another . . . [he pauses] . . . universe. Not planet or galaxy or any other astronomical term he just mentioned, but the universe. Maybe he threw the wrong word in there, I'm open to that, but the choice of word is kind of intriguing.

I'm preparing an audio analysis too, on first glance he appears to shift tone, pitch, and rate of speech at certain points or during certain stories. I want to see what they match up with and how significant the difference is. He is right up on the mic for most of the time and you can hear how dry his mouth gets, he ends up licking his lips a lot. So yeah, I think there could be some interesting info here.

This is turning out to be a fun project, I mean, if I want to use a test subject for reading body language why not a former charismatic showman of a president talking about aliens. Plus, he seems to turn the showman on and off, obviously these are all speech characteristics we may exhibit ourselves but they have meaning. How loudly, and how significant or relevant, is the question.

I think it may be more of a loyalty issue with those in the know, they'd discredit him should he make a bold statement. He has little to gain and a lot to lose.

I'm going to watch his testimony on the Lewinsky thing when he lied, maybe there will be some similarities. I hope so

As usual.

You could sense his nervousness with all his tie grabbing, eye contact avoidance, voice changing, face grabbing signs. It almost looked as if he wanted to look like he was lying on purpose.

Or he just felt awkward because he was embarrassed about the whole thing, just like he said he was.

Could be. I think it's possible to appear like you are not being truthful when you are slightly embarrassed by your actions or worried how those actions might be viewed. Although, when he mentions that there is some shadowy group of people in the government that may have denied him access, he seems very confident about that statement.

I think we got another gov. that over shadows all the govs. we know about larger then the illuminate, thats why the u.s. pres. didnt have clearence to access this info. If not him then who the he** is allowed to view this info. SMH
