HR3226 The Czar Accountability and Reform Act of 2009 would bar the use of appropriated funds to pay either expenses or salaries of members of task forces, councils, or similar offices established by the president and headed by a person appointed inappropriately without senate advice or consent.

Gotta' wonder if this Czar Accountability act will do any good? I hope so.
But I'm thinking the Czars are out of control. Literally.

How many Czars we have now since Obama took office? I guess he is going to turn the entire government into nothing but Czars.

Why I always relate Czars with Russia.

Still is always loop holes that can be exploited and heads always turn to the other way for the right amount of money, (I mean right amount of campaign funds)

Just to be fair, can I ask you to list the actual title of each of these people as it is posted by the government and not by the MSM or completely biased sites? It's a legit question that I am truly interested in. I presented the issue I had with the czar titles and it was thrown back at me that it was indeed the MSM that took that from a statement Obama made once with the title. I want to be able to defend myself although I haven't had much luck finding anything that officially gives these people this title.

that is a lot of Czars in only 8 months, still for each of those "Czars" money is been funneled for them in order to function, then how many staff members each of this "Czars" have, so much for saving money in an economic crisis.

Now a Green Czar, another waste of money, because so far all the jobs that Obama is creating are actually within his Czar offices

I am sure that if this bill was to pass, Presidents would no longer use the word Czar. They would name them Tzar, Azar, Qzar,Fzar or any other zar to validate that the bill doesn't fit the new title.
