Perhaps feeling guilty for referring to ‘birthers’ as ‘cranks’ recently, Ann Coulter made the absurd case to Larry King that police don’t stop enough African-Americans.

I can't tell if Ann C. is serious or just trying to incite her right wing base into buying more of her books. Public relations targeted to those that subscribe to her extreme views or perhaps just off the wall rambling. I doubt if she ever had many black people that paid her any attention but now people of color and liberals will tie her and her extreme views to the GOP. I wonder if that is the stratagy of the GOP to tie itself to the Extreme Reactionary racist demographic?

I think she should have spoken in the future tense.

Black people won't be pulled over very much.


If she had made that statement I could have understood why she would say that.

I watch Orielly when I get the chance, but if she is on I turn it off. I honestly cannot stand that woman.

I like how the story mischaracterized what she was saying and she predicted it would be by the media. This is what Eric Holder must have been talking about wen he said we're a nation of cowards when it comes to the race discussion.

Coulter was citing a blind study that showed there were more black speeders on the roads, which lead the PD to point out that they were actually pulling over less than were actually speeding. If you don't agree, do another study and prove it, but don't call her a racist for pointing it out.

It found that black drivers sped much more than other drivers, according to three people who have reviewed the unreleased report. The racial gap was far wider than officials had expected and, in the politically charged controversies over profiling, the data could be used by defenders of the state police to argue that one reason black drivers are stopped more often than whites is that they are more likely to speed.

Obviously the cameras and radar guns were racially biased.

Here are the actual interviews. No doubt Ann is going to get completely misrepresented by the MSM as a way to smear Republicans and "the right.

Ann Coulter and Sarah Palin are two reasons the Republican party stagnates in it's own juices. Republicans will never be able to reach out and recruit large numbers of new members with these two as spokes models. They alienate large numbers of people who might be swayed into the ranks if more intelligent and less hateful spokes models were representing the party. All they are doing is preaching to the hard core faithful.

well, considering the way her face looks so mannish, and the fact that she has an adams apple bigger then mine, she could have a big pair under her skirt. but she is the definition of a C--T, and i switch the channel as soon as i see her on a program. i can't understand why any self-respecting guy would ever want to date her, let alone marry her. she would probably be bitch-slapping him all the time, and he would have to call her mistress ann.

Thanks for your thoughts, but I don't agree with you. The two ladys have more gut's and brains when we speak to the rights and feelings of the people than the house that represents this country. You will see a return of conservative values and it will be abit different than what we have seen in the past. It will be alot more moderate and focused on we the former middle class. If you haven't noticed, the vast majority of the bulk of people(middle class) are in poverty status(without the benefit of welfare)...we don't qualify by the standards established.

I promise you one thing, people are sick and tired of being lied to and this current power brokers have set up a event that has turned people into what we experienced in the late 60's. It will bring people into the streets........not hippys but main stream people that know now we have been lied to and used.


Once again...."bait and switch" nothing more... both partys suck(though I lean moderate conservative)...both lie...both take...but this is blatant what this white house has done...oh so transparent!

Ann Coulter does not talk about conservative values. What she does is hate. Do you think she represents faith in Jesus? Does she act like she has faith in Jesus? Do you think one word of praise for God ever comes out of that hateful mouth? Do you think she represents family values? Would you let your kids listen to her? All she does is stir up the pot.

I know all about poverty. I have lived well below the poverty level for fifteen years now. If you are middle class consider yourself darned lucky. There are lots of people who have less than you do.

The only hate I see is coming from you. Ann Coulter didn't say anything in this interview that could possibly be construed as hate. Weak minded people are the only ones who come to that conclusion, because they're trained to. All you see is a white woman standing up to a black man, or the idea that all black people are racially profiled. Your instinct to to call her a racist and attack her. You make no attempt what so ever to look at the fact, which do indeed back up Ann.

The sooner people like you wake up and realize that we're all being played against each other, the better.

She's just a professional troll, or perhaps if we are being generous, a contrarian.

I don't take anything she says seriously, especially things like:

"We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity."

I'm unsure if she just craves the attention, enjoys being on the other side of arguments, or something else, but I'm fairly certain her whole shtick is poking beehives with sticks for fun and for profit.

I have often wondered if it's all an act.

Coulter knows there is money to be made by saying outrageous stuff that will appeal to borderline pseudo-NAZI types, and she's just giving the audience what they want.

As you can see, there are plenty of people out there that lap this stuff up like cream

It's entirely possible she's a diehard liberal, laughing at her fans all the way to the bank.

me?...have you listened to her? she is nothing but personal attacks. she can't finish a thought without calling someone a name. the bile that spills out of her mouth would keep an entire city sanitation dept. busy.
