If that ever does happen, that post probably would be brought up in court and you wont be acquitted. Sorry to say if you talk about killing someone, anyone, and then actually do it, you're basically throwing out the self-defense card.

Unless they are trying to kill you, but your didn't say that. You only said if a homosexual were to advance on you, you would kill them. That's murder my friend.

Just make sure you keep it within a few stabbings. You don't want to get 1st Degree Murder. That wont go well for you.
