Thank you for the reply. I appreciate your curiousity.
Its far better for one to experience it for themselves however.
If you didn't know what fire was, how would you know it burns ya?
Until one experiences something, he won't believe, regardless.
Nothing I could say would convince you, obviously.
If your own family who are empaths -as you said- believes it,
and you dont,(but yet have experienced it anyway)
Nothing I could say would help you at this point anyway, sorry.
You have the best teachers right there already!
It's your choice wehther you 'let' yourself experience things or not.
Using your example of christianity, how can you believe in God,
without some amount of sheer faith?
Many would say you are taking the leap of faith a little too far.
Some would even resort to namecalling, out of fear of experiencing something they just cant explain. How enlightening.
Your subconscious knows the truth, its just the rest of you thats
alway playing catch up.
btw, I consider myself a 'christian' also.
The trouble is we do not know what that REALLY means anymore.
We wont let ourselves progress simply because of fear. Sad.
For - how much potential do we 'beleive' we have? God only, knows.
