The human body literally glows, emitting a visible light in extremely small quantities at levels that rise and fall with the day, scientists now reveal.
The researchers found the body glow rose and fell over the day, with its lowest point at 10 a.m. and its peak at 4 p.m., dropping gradually after that. These findings suggest there is light emission linked to our body clocks, most likely due to how our metabolic rhythms fluctuate over the course of the day.
Past research has shown that the body emits visible light, 1,000 times less intense than the levels to which our naked eyes are sensitive. In fact, virtually all living creatures emit very weak light, which is thought to be a byproduct of biochemical reactions involving free radicals.

The headaches from not eating in over two hours may be related to hypoglycemia. Do you guys get headaches when you consume sugar-rich foods?
Not to be alarming, but I think the reason you guys are so sensitive to bodily changes is because something may be out of whak a bit. I'm thinking low digestion enzyme levels may be related. If you don't produce enough stomach acid, the undigested foods enter the small intestine and pathogenic bacteria go to work feeding on it and multiply rapidly. You don't get enough of your nutrients, and may be getting hungry more often as a result of that as well. Do you guys have gastrointestinal problems like diarrhea, constipation, and/or bloating?
