Sure. Go to media.abovetopsecret.com. Login with your AboveTopSecret.com username and password.

Once logged in, click personal upload. Once the image is uploaded, click on it. Highlight and copy the code under "Use as ATS Avatar".

Go back to AboveTopSecret. Once back at ATS choose "member tools" and then ATS account settings and paste the code under Avatar URL.
