Have you ever actually affected your physical surroundings while having an OBE or astral projection?

Have you ever woken up and found that something you had changed while in the astral had actually been altered?
I know that most projections occur at a much higher frequiency than the physical, but I have heard of some people that have accidentally or willfully projected near the physical.
