Triangular, high speed black craft? What does that remind you of. The other thing that made me think was the contract cost, $12 million? That is pretty low for a military contract. They are probably just going to take one of the spycraft that ATSers already know about off the shelf and turn it into this missile. Atleast it's a bargain if it works.
