We don't censor everything that might be "offensive", but more the words that might automatically tag ATS as a "offensive site" in the eyes of automated software that ranks websites by the words found.

I really would prefer ATS to be a self-censoring community, but I hadn't thought about automated rating software as a reason to censor before. Makes perfect sense to me.

My concern was that censoring be fair, if it had to exist at all. So, if someone who has been offended can request that an offensive epithet be censored, my concerns have been answered.
