Abductees, time to get REAL!

If I may give a few pointers.

You say you are highly functional in life. People who suffer from PTSD are not, I have dealt with them, especially if they have not received any kind of therapy. If you really had PTSD for years and have not been in treatment (by your own admission you do not want to take any medication) you would have seen just how devastating this condition is.
What you might have are anxiety attacks and going to support groups for PTSD would not be advisable.

If you wish to do any kind of regression hypnosis to remember what happened to you, you should read a book called "The Abduction Enigma" by Kevin D. Randle. Regardless of his conclusions and your personal beliefs you should be aware of the dangers that come with hypnosis and abduction researchers. It is in your best interest to be informed as much as possible before you do something about this.

I don't have anxiety, I have no FEELINGS....... for almost 10 years I didn't laugh or cry....

I AM highly functional in my life...on the OUTSIDE I am the one everyone else depends on still, everyone "BEST" friend...the "dependable" one, and supposeldy the happiest person most people know, the one that brings a sile to everyone elses faces, yet I don't feel anything of my OWN.......

I have JUST recently started to cry again and laugh again and get better...

I am not asking for strangers to diagnose me, I was wondering what others did to help themselves.

Oh well my thread was a complete bomb, but there are some other ones that are great so I'll just stick to those ones.....

I feel like the "men are from mars, women are from venus" right now....

Well we are not alone.
I went threw the bunny hole in the 90's.
I delt with flashbacks & ongoing conchise abductions along with my family for decades.
At one point I could not handel the ever increaseing flachbacks.
I looked for help.

I was assisted by Mufon.
I have a perspective that might be helpful.

I found that the Military & Mufon offers for help.
Might in fact be 2 barrels of the same shot gun.
They did help me at no direct finical cost to me.
They did get their pound of flesh although.

There objective is to get you in the Box so to say.
It worked for me.
I am now in a realitive lull.
There are no answers from them though.
Just vailed treats.
Or a knowing smile & pat on the head.

We can help one another if we act without malice.
We can have effect if we sit unwilling to be provolked.
The truth is the truth.

I know what it is to question your own memories.
Do you trust what your being told?
Do you trust what you remember?

I have the addional benifit that most of us dont.
I was part of multiable abductee wakeing abduction.
I was in the Military & there were many witness's on and off base.
My wife has been there with me in a few.
So she has been there along with me.
She deals with it by internalizeing it.
I am more vocal.

I dont know your situation,
but feel that you need to know that there are others out here.
Any confort, advice or frendship you need is within yourself.
I am willing to talk anytime.

Proff for the mass's is futal.

Presonal truth although is another matter.
I praryed asking for some form of conformation.
I was questioning my own sanity.
Even with my wifes support & conformation.
Maybe its a guy thing.
I needed something in my hand.

It was given to me in the form of white leaves on a decidious tree in my yard after a herendious abduction series that I and my family were going threw. Who says god has no sence of humor.

Mufon gathered samples.
The investigator tore off with a Black Helocopter zooming just over the tree tops after him.
