Climbing the ladder from APPRENTICE

I really didnt know where to go with this this, so; Hello R.A.T.S!!

I have a Question about The contribution bar, but I have to slow of a connection to scour the FULL THREAD. Over The time i have been here, i have gotten quite a few points and stars, but i Find it MUCH harder to get "Flags" and "applauses"

I will take a wild guess and say "applause" is pretty much like a Mod givng you a star, or atleast its application works in a simliar manner.

I guess I would just like to start a thread Highlight the best approaches to gain such phenomenon as the all elusive "Flag and/or applause"
