George Noory has ruined c2c, disinfo and hoax promoter

We all know George Noory is no Art Bell, well even Art had his own bad moments, but today's show has shown, at least for me, what G.N really is all about.

I started listening to the show, then after a few minutes, i could not believe my ears when this dude started talking about this:

Russians order Flight Changes, after Massive Magnetic Shift downs Airliners...

Well we all know where that hoax came from, but he talked about it as if it was really news, and also "russian scientists", really? which ones? God....

And then he goes on to say, these russian sites must be taked with a grain of salt and that we should be careful with 'russian media', well how about instead of using a hoax as filler for you worthless show you do some research before babbling about a known hoax and avoid using these 'sources' for your show's content?

Can't really he do some research into who is and who isn't credible on the net? his laziness really gets to me, sometimes i feel like he will say whatever he thinks will gather attention to his crappy show, it doesn't matter if its real or not, the same happened the other day with M.C, he talked about a supposed autopsy which was revealed as a hoax since the day before the show, it has been several days since this russian hoax and he still will talk about it with his guest as if it was a real event happening right now.

He has ruined the show for me, I'm out of c2c thanks to G.N mediocrity.

Same for me.

I miss art too. Now I just listen to archives of old shows. Or tune in only For George Knapp or Art guest-hosting.

I stopped listening only after a few months because of his added 'opinions'. You can tell a lot of it is set up.

George is very "ear to the ground" and he does make mistakes because we do. I think he's accessible and generally intrigued as we are. I've had email exchanges with him that blew my mind. He really works the crowd well.

Of course he's no Art Bell because even Art Bell wasn't an Art Bell till the mid 90's and he's made mistakes, too. I don't want to give an example as long time listeners will remember.

Give him time! He's a different personality that inherited a unique show with a very personal, re: Art, chemistry. The show is going to be different FOREVER.

I heard Art the other night and I almost cried, like I was listening to my dead grandfather or something. I did, indeed, mourn his not being there regularly. But we really have to give Mr. Noory some time. He's by far the best host all around since Art and I really like how he's carried the show so well.

He does carry the show well but, again, it's a completely different brand of beans with a different formula but sold in place of a discontinued favorite. An acquired taste for a discriminating connoisseur that satisfies pretty close to the original after enough time has elapsed and the taste of the original is forgotten.

I do completely understand where you are coming from, though. We have Roy Orbison in place of Elvis. Another great, but not the king.

It is kind of sloppy, but there are shows from all the way back to 1993 in the folders if you click on the wild card links.

George Noory is my favorite host. He actually gives the guests time to speak without trying to one-up them like Art always did, and George Knapp sounds sort of mindless IMO.

I listen to c2c on an mp3 player almost every day at work and Noory is the best host hands-down.

maybe it's just me, but G.N. seems to have alot of story tellers on, rather than researchers. if he could bring in people that have written books or papers, that have some serious research attached to them, rather than people that talk to dead people and spirits.

I appreciate different aspects of all the C2C hosts. I'm so thankful to have a talk show that isn't about politics that I just can't bring myself to be too picky!

I use to be a streamlink subscriber. But I got tired of hearing known hoaxes and disinformation. George never puts the guests feet to the flame about the things they say. Some of which is easily proven wrong.

I listen to this stuff as a hobby for lack of a better word, he does this for a living. When I am able to easily see the flaws in something and he doesn't, then there is a problem. I want smart hosts who get to the bottom of things, not some guy who agrees with everyone who comes on the show.

He can have a guy on 1 day talking about global warming being true, and he will agree with them. Then the next day talking about global warming being false, and he agrees with them as well.

I stuck up for George in the past, saying he was just giving them a chance to be heard. But some of the shows are just so blatantly false it's an insult to all the intelligent people who happen to listen to the show. Like with the example in the OP.

I just go to the C2C website from time to time and look who the guest/topic is. If I like the guest I'll listen, but long gone are the days of me being a streamlink and every day listener.

You known, i am not completely against George, this is what happens:

In the past, i have seen Art ask and even try to debunk certain guests, while George only ask what he has on the script, and the script seems really made up to the guest wishes.

I remember when Art left the show, years ago, i was young then, Art was awesome, he said, George is the best replacement for me, nobody could do it better, but he isn't, if he is the best thing after Art, then there's nothing left to do, its over, as simple as that, from a show that questions and digs deep into the truth, to a show that its only purpose is to gather audience and earn stream link money, what is left?

Do you like lies being delivered to you as actual facts? even when it seems the host came to ATS, noticed the lies, realize those are lies that can help get listeners, then inform his listener of those lies, because let us be honest, a 5 minute search on the net can get you all the info you need to separate truth from lie, and George is not a retarded guy, it takes work, a lot of it, and skills, talent, to get where he is, so the only final explanation is, he has sold, he does not care about the truth, just to get more listeners, and Art didn't do that in his time, i know, i was there he actually asked , he cared, why has that changed? Linda or Ian believes more in what they say, right or wrong as they may be, but they actually show they believe.

I feel sad, at least for me, this is the end of an era, TV is worthless. maybe i come out as a fanatic here. i don't know, but i know what i like, and this is not, i am not 40 you know, i grew up on MTV and middle/end of the 90's and above, but at least i can say, i know what's authentic and what's just pure horse stuff.
