I know, your tired of all the avatar question threads

but I have tried everything. When i go to the media portal it doesnt even recognize that im a member. when i try to reset my password it says my screen name isnt even there. Now what should I do?

I've been having the same problem for ages Patman12. I've tried using my original password and my new one and nothing seems to work. I got in once, when first joined, but since then have been unable to access it.

I hope one of the Mods can enlighten us on what to do. Thanks in advance!

Can you login to belowtopsecret.com with your username and new password?

I think what has happened is that media.above only authenticates users with the original default ATS password that was sent to you via email.

Just a guess though.

Mine doesn't work either, says you need to register a media account(which is locked ATM)?

Its obviously a very intricate plot to confuse us....

I've uploaded a picture to the photo album on the media portal, but I don't know how to make it my avatar.

I pasted the URL in my account settings but it doesn't show up as my avatar.

Any suggestions?

My account still doesn't work there
