So we have to wait for Chrissje? She really thinks, she saw something similar. Just read that:
""Hi!
Yesterday evening around 23:45 in Grubbenvorst appeared a whole flood of those balls. It looked very gorgeous. I am now waiting for photos and videos, which were made by the neighbours, luckily there was a party a block further and there were at least 50 people, who also saw it. Really cool."
A party? Mhm... Why do I think, this could have been the cause for the sighting?
Here is the link:

(Feel free to correct my translation, if it is wrong.)
So I have two questions for you: If your mothertongue is Dutch and you write German perfectly, why do you talk to yourself in English? Was it, because you already thought: This is of international importance?
And secondly: Why do we have to wait for the party people? Was there noone in Venlo, who saw the same? No friends, no neighbours?
I wish, I could understand the barking of a dog.

I'm very glad that there are multiple witnesses from the village Grubbenvorst which lies across the river. I hope we will be able to see their footage as well.
I've uploaded the footage as it is here:
www.2shared.com...
It is the shortened version as on Youtube but in its original size which is 155Mb.
Youtube managed to compress it down to 13Mb so the 155Mb version is a lot clearer.

I have a question for you Haunebu, between 2:30 to 2:42 in the 155mb version of the video, did you zoom in, and then zoom back out? I was trying to tell if the 2 lights were moving with respect to each other, as it appaears at first glance, or if perhaps that is merely an effect of the zooming in and out?
Interesting video, thanks for posting it, hope we get some more from the other side of the river to compare it with.
