I work on technology projects of all sorts and have been focused on quantum mechanics for a number of years. There are a lot of very interesting clues
coming from quantum mechanics and nano-technology that confirm a lot of what had been only metaphysical teachings and in the past was relegated to
the topic of pseudoscience.
Science can not tell us what the frequency of Chi is for instance but it likely falls between the quasi-optical and the microwave frequency ranges.
The brain/mind of some people seem to be better adapted to PSI functioning than others. A lot of us likely just have learned to ignore information
that does not come through our normal senses.
I had a lot of difficult problems in school adapting to being very different than the other kids. In Junior High it was the worst. I was manifesting a
lot of PSI abilities and it did not go unnoticed by the other kids. I was lucky in that I found some great teachers that helped me to control and
channel my abilities. Making them go away is not the answer. The answer is in learning to control them and channel them.
The Eastern traditions of metaphysics and the Western Hermetic Science were my solace. You have to learn a mental discipline and follow it regularly
in order to incorporate these unusual abilities into your life. Then it will be a lot like they have gone away. The other route is to try and ignore
them or mask them with drugs. This way just leads to your personal little hell and can end up getting you institutionalized. That is not an outcome I
would want for anyone but it is the one that is often the result for those who try and ignore these abilities and wish them away.
Mind science no matter which discipline you choose can be very rewarding and will provide the only lasting relief for you. It is said when the student
is ready the teacher will come. I would suggest learning some of the basics of mind science and then you will be ready for the teacher to enter your
life.
The first step is to learn that you are not your body, you are in fact your breath. All mind science disciplines start with breath control exercises.
Most start with the cleansing breath. Learning to focus and relax simultaneously might sound like a contradiction but it is in fact the first baby
step at controlling your mind.
I have said before in previous threads and now I am thinking of it again that I should start a thread on this and I will. I have to finish up a
project before the weekend but I will begin a thread in my spare time and get it posted by the weekend on the basics of my personal amalgamation of
mind science disciplines starting with breath control. I will post a link to the new thread in one of my future posts to this thread.
