Just finished reading David Griffin's "Exopolitics and its role as a catalyst to Space Migration" on the july 1st 2009 journal. It's not bad. It's not great either.

There seems to be an awful lot of conjecture thrown about, but I just ignored it and looked at it all as a thought experiment.

Take with a grain of salt.
